First time ordering from Papa John's. I've had it before from others I know who have ordered, so I decided to give it a try myself. Okay, online ordering. I do wish you could go edit the pizza in the cart instead of having to delete it and start over. That was an inconvenience. The estimated wait and delivery time was roughly 45 minutes, but they made it out a bit earlier. The delivery driver was nice, respectful, and did a great job. The pizza makers did great, too. My husband loves their garlic butter dip and peppercorn that comes with every pizza. Wish they spread that garlic butter sauce on all their pizza crusts. It would be a hit.

Sad really.. last 2 times Iv ordered the Maximum amount of cheese the app allows. Extra, Extra cheese with Light sauce on ALL my pizzas. Costs a fortune to do Ex, Ex cheese yet both times my pizzas came with very little cheese. U could see the sauce through the cheese. Idk if its the employees or the company but lately I can get a cheesier pizza at Lil Cs for 1/4th the price.. I do remember a couple years ago when this place didn't disappoint but it was a different location.

My first time ordering Papa John's Pizza they delivered to me at sky zone Pizza Hut refused to do a delivery I'm glad they didn't I've never had Papa John's and it's the best pizza I've ever eight thank you Pizza Hut for helping me find Papa John's I'll never order pizza from Pizza Hut again Domino's wooden deliver either thank you I now found a new pizza place Papa John's

Waited 1.5 hours for my order, on the tracking it showed "out for delivery" for 45-60 minutes then updated to "order cancelled" with no contact from the driver. When I called the store for more information they said the driver tried to call me twice and so they couldn't do anything to fix the situation. Interestingly enough it was a cash order, so very easy for them to cancel last second on someone. terrible service from start to "finish".

They must be trying to save food costs because I got the SADDEST pizza bowl. It is the THINNEST layer of cheese and veggies. If I made this on my own, it could not possible end up how thin this was. There's probably 2 oz of cheese on the ENTIRE tray. For the same price, Papa Murpheys gets you at least a whole meal. For maybe a total of 3 oz of food, this was seriously disappointing.
