I bought a medium sized bagel at this bakery and it was a total fraud, it was super small, it cost me 60 dollars and I thought that it is small and it doesn't look very good because they couldn't even afford the box but it must be very tasty and unfortunately it wasn't like that It almost had no filling, it was very thick, it tasted very bad, it was dry, a complete scam. I had had a good experience here with the cakes but the bagels were ok and by far, I will not buy bagels here again.

Bought the Pina Colada cake for an anniversary and it was loved by everyone! Service was amazing where the staff helped me get my message on the cake and even gave advice to make it look the best! Would Recommend for sure!

After having a last-minute disaster making cupcakes for my son's wedding reception, I ran to Pasteleria Gama to see if I could get a cake. It was very last minute. The people there were so kind and accommodating. I got three beautiful tres-leches cakes. They were beautiful and a huge hit with the bride and groom, and all the guests. They saved me last minute! The cakes taste scratch-made, are moist and fresh. Just the right amount of sweetness, too. Very reasonably priced as well.

The staff is quite knowledgeable, personable and very accommodating. If you're looking for a tres leche cake to die for, this is the place to visit.

After googling to try to find a good tres leches cake in the Twin Cities I noticed this one came up on several lists - I needed one for a birthday and was quoted $50 for this 6 inch cake. I was a bit nervous as $50 seemed a little high but after picking it up and seeing how gorgeous it was in person I was already happy with my decision.The best past was obviously cutting into and eating it! I bake frequently as a hobby and would pay $50 again for this cake in a HEARTBEAT. The texture, the flavor, the consistency in both the cake layer heights and how they were baked - it all was perfect. We got 8 generous slices out of this cake and everyone was able to enjoy the fresh fruit on top (although the dipped strawberries I think are the best!). It was perfectly soaked so that it wasn't dry whatsoever but also was able to stand up and not squish under the weight of the toppings. The cake also wasn't too sweet whatsoever (the boarder frosting on the bottom was a little sweet but there's so little of it it didn't make a difference). Overall definitely happy with this purchase and will be ordering from Pastelería Gama again in the future!

I purchased a classic pastel de tres leches this past weekend for a special dinner. The cake was fresh and delicious and not too sweet, with a layer of fresh strawberries between the cake layers. The friendly staff decorated it with a message on the spot. I will be back! Thank you!

The worst experience I ever had.I called them about an allergic reaction my sister had because of the cake we got from there store the label said strawberry and yeah the filling was strawberry but the damn cake taste like piña colada. I told the women who attended the phone and she was vey rude an unhelpful. My mom was a frequently client but after this we are never coming back. I hear a lot of bad comments about the costumer service and now I can see it.
