Orange Chicken and Pad Thai just weren't very good. Kinda bland. Lots of the chicken was too tough or chewy. There's better stuff out there.

Absolutely LOVE Pham's chicken Pho, it's by far one of the best items they have on their menu.

We used Pham's Rice Bowl for catering our business meeting. It was great! The food was hot, very delicious, and the service was excellent. The owner was very responsive, on time, and very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The spring rolls are wonderful. So fresh! The cream cheese wontons were crunch and filled just the right amount of cream cheese. They provided serving spoons and tongs along with the plates/napkins/silverware, that were sturdy and didn't break upon lifting the hearty chicken w/vegetables or digging into the white and fried rice. They catered a great lunch!! Very pleased! Thank you Pham's Rice Bowl. Definitely coming back!!

Ever since visiting Midtown Global Market for the past 10-11 years, I have given Pham's Deli a few times of trying and I am sad to say that if the food here was decent in the previous years, then the quality had decreased dramatically. What I would have perceived as a 3 can now only be satisfied with a 2 rating, especially after my experience here two weeks ago.Previously I have ordered bahn mi, pho, etc. from them, and those are probably the two dishes that I can still order from them and be okay with it. Their bubble tea was clearly made from powder and tasted very artificial with no soul, especially nowadays that the world is catching up on providing quality bubble tea, the bubble tea here still tasted like it was trying to fool the Americans. Two weeks ago when my partner and I were here, my partner ordered some dumplings from them and I took a bite. I have almost never had to had my partner finish her food after just one bite, and those dumplings did so, unfortunately. They looked sloppy and tasted like water, to the point that I decided to not take a photo at all.Overall I think there are way better Vietnamese food places elsewhere in the Twin Cities, but if one is in the Midtown Global Market and craves Vietnamese food, then sure I would still say yes to giving Pham's Deli a shot, ordering the right things.

I discovered this place over a decade ago and it is still great! The food is always fresh and hot. It's always a good experience and the service is great. It's obvious that they enjoy what they do.

9/7/23 - Food was bad, ordered chicken wings and it was not fresh. Paid for food with my Bank Card and when I picked up the Food I was told that the card did not read and there was issues with their reader. I then paid with cash, sat inside to eat my food. I checked my email and Recvd a receipt saying my card was charged and my acct stated my card was charged. Approached the cashier and told him my card was charged. Instead of the cashier refunding me my cash back he decided to refund the funds to my card that was charged and said it will take 3 business days to see a credit. I think he should of gave me my cash back… I am disappointed with the complete service that was provided.Chicken Wings tasted like it was recooked.I should have received a cash refund instead of a refund to my card….I am done with this place…

My first time going here was back in 2017, and the things I would order would be in the big clear square container. Back then I would order the fried rice and lo-mein, sometimes the kung pao. Now they are putting the food in a small black container which is Very Disappointing. I asked a couple of people who work there about the change, and they would Lie in my face and say that they allways used the small black containers. One of those people that I clearly remember is a tall heavy set guy who be there most of the time. I remember him back in 2017, and I know he is Lieing about that they allways used the small black containers for food.

Great food - even BETTER service. I've had pho before, didn't really know what to order so they suggested it and walked me through how to tweak it to my liking. Simple dish, fantastic taste, even better service. BIG portions too.

I used to love this place, I had to renew my license and stopped here for lunch. I ordered egg rolls and they don't sell pork ones anymore but only chicken. I tried but they didn't really have any flavor. Pork was much better.

Stopped at this place for lunch. The food was wonderful! Everyone enjoyed the food. My only complaint. Was that that they had a sign for a lunch special we ordered that, but they did not honor that price. They then placed signs up saying no lunch special today. Not the best way to run a business. Honor your posted prices and at the very least notify the customer when they order not when they pay... ?
