Ordered a stuffed crust and received a regular large pizza . When we asked to remake our order then they informed us they were out of stuffed crust . We didn’t get the difference back and overpaid for a regular large pizza .They didn’t bother letting us know they were out until we came back and asked to get our order remade .

This location is having all their pizza deliveries forwarded to DoorDash or other services now even when you order directly from them, and the experience suuuuuuuccks both for you and for the hapless and exploited DoorDash driver who isn't given accurate information, can't ever seem to find your address even though you don't live in Atlantis, and begs you for 5 stars that you wish you could give them but literally can't.And good luck getting someone on the phone.Pizza delivery has been a solved problem for decades, but this location can't manage it, perhaps because they can't pay a good wage, or maybe their management is bad?These are not things I should be thinking about this much. Okay, so sometimes it's just that my food was a little cold and/or a little late, not really a big deal, and it's not like you should expect much better from a Pizza Hut, but even when your order doesn't get lost or delivered to the wrong address, it's all the little needless dramas of it all that makes ordering from this location a miserable experience.Order from somewhere else.

They delivered the wrong order. I tried calling them 5 times and no answer. I’m allergic to mushrooms and they gave me a pizza with mushrooms! I’m definitely never ordering from this place again!
I ordered delivery and scheduled for their last delivery slot. Almost an hour later and it's clear it isn't showing up. I cant call because the store is closed now. There was no communication of my order being canceled, and the tracker just says it's on its way. I won't be ordering from here again.

Just horrible took an hour to get my food, I called to ask about timing and they had no drivers so doordash picked my food up i didnt know this. On top of that they had someone else's order to drop off, they put the food on the cold ground to hand to me my food was cold when it got here and the customer service on the phone was just rude the only thing they offered was a $5 refund on a $70 dollar order.
