Came here for lunch with my son. It was my first time and I was blown away! The restaurant is very clean and nice. The sandwiches were amazing. But the best part was the staff the gentleman at the counter who rang me up was so kind and thoughtful, and the ladies making the sandwiches were so sweet! Definitely will be coming back.

I ordered a $15 Italian sandwich from potbelly, first time going here. It was bread and salami and provolone. Not toppings at all. Completely disappointed and disgusting sandwich. I could have made this for $3. Wtf.... Do not go here.

Wow. I hadn't been to a Potbelly in a while, but they've really stepped it up a notch with the Mediterranean chicken sandwich. Easily the tastiest sandwich I've had at a chain restaurant in a long time, and pretty healthy, too.

Conveniently located in the IDS center. This location has a small seating area. They have your standard menu. The staff is friendly and they have quick service. The sandwich was good and tried a different type of chips which were interesting. Have a decent selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Good spot to grab a quick sandwich. Plenty of different topics to customize your sandwich. I like toasted sandwiches so I stop by when I am in the mood for a quick lunch.

ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. I asked for peppers and they gave me about 3 pieces of chicken , small pieces, and about half a cup of peppers. on top of it all, I was requested to add a tip. wish I had known. I would have added a big 0 as a tip. not going back

Well. Food is good BUT my gosh the employees are sad to talk with. Customer service and care are ZERO. The girl making the sandwiches (wearing a glass) has the lowest energy ever. If I were the owner and had this person with such depressing mood and completely lack of care for clients, I would think about what I'm doing wrong when hiring employees. It feels like she is doing me a favor when I order !
once in a while I order online and go to pick it up and it's not ready for about a half hour. there is a large online order and everyone in the store has to wait. The staff is upset and doesn't even want to make eye contac. There are many people waiting and no one wants to communicate. the app gives an eta but the staff will not tell you it's going to be 45 extra minutes to make a sandwic. it gets awkward where you start asking other customers how long they have been waiting. just tell me you don't want to make my sandwich and I'll go down the street and get something else.

I always use the app on my phone when I am ordering from Potbelly Sandwich Shop. I ordered from this location because I was doing business downtown. I brought the sandwich home and ate 1/2 saving the rest for later. The Chicken Club did not disappoint. I ordered on the app just outside their door. The sandwich came out from the preparation are right on time. I'm grateful for this location.

In the skyway system and is easy to get to for lunch. They keep the line moving quick, so you don't have to spend too much time waiting for your food.Great spot for a hot sandwich. I like any of their chicken sandwiches with hot pepper.

Veggie melt sandwich is realy good with comfortable amount of cheese and mushrooms in it. The vinegar and salt chips that you can buy as extra are also good. Only disappointment is that coke zero is not available.

Friendliest kindest staff, it was the end of day & I was running w hungry child looking for food. The staff gave me a skinny cheese + cookie for free. They let us in despite the fact that they had closed their cashier box, they made us a sandwich, the offered more cookies ...but we picked one. Thank you so much ! Located on the second level of the mall!
