Ordered Southwest Hospitality Bowl and 2 build-your-own bowls and we were all quite pleased with the quality, flavor, portions, and presentation. 3-4 hefty portions of different food in a bowl gives so much variety in a satisfying meal. Staff were friendly, patient and helpful. I did takeout but the venue houses additional food offerings and has tons of chill seating, TVs, outdoor patio and great downtown views.
Tried the jambalaya bowl and it was delicious! Wished for cornbread but I'll double check for next time!

Had a Caribe Bowl and it most definitely did not disappoint! If my stomach had room for a pound of those plantains, I probably would have gone back for more ?My daughter had a chicken strip basket...something that would usually bore me, but I actually had a little food envy going on. Solid seasoning all around - even on the fries. Would recommend!

god, what a disappointment. i wish i could give this place less than 1 star. let’s start off by saying y’all should change the name from soul bowl to FOUL BOWL. if you’re from the south, you’ll believe me when i say this is a disgrace to soul food. i was raised in florida (idc if you say it don’t count, you clearly ain’t been to rural florida), lived in both tennessee and virginia, so i KNOW what soul food is supposed to taste like. the collard greens are heartbreakingly under-seasoned and definitely bought pre-packaged, the mac is pretty much just butter noodles with coagulated cheese (by far the worst thing i ordered), and the fried chicken is definitely not fresh. there’s no crisp to the breading, it easily falls off and it’s got a weird sour taste. NEVER trust a minnesotan/midwesterner to make southern food. i will never understand how this place got the rating it did. honestly, ruined my birthday. needless to say, i will never be eating here again.

Loved this place! The food was amazing and the portions were big. The menu has a lot to offer and the bowls are great. I definitely recommend the fried okra and the Caribe bowl - but I'm sure all of it is good!

Yams were really hot but raw and inedible. Not candied yams at all. No sugar, no cinnamon, no nothing. I don't understand how the yams were so hot but weren't cooked??? On top of that, the mac & cheese WAS WATERY. YES, WATERY. All the sides were disgusting and when I asked about my plate, they gave me a new plate with the same gross food. 0/10, would never come back.
Salt galore gah damn. Then they gave me chicken tenders instead of a bone in which whatever, but the mac and cheese was soo salty the only way i could eat some of it was with the cornbread since its sweet. the greens were okay. overpriced

I really enjoyed the Caribe bowl with vegan chicken. So nice to have options for non-carnivore folks! Cornbread was so flavorful. The staff was so warm and kind. Plus, I got the free desert promo, and that brownie was to die for!

I absolutely love this place. It never fails me with the amount of flavor and seasoning they add to their food. It’s always great top-tier A1.
