Ew. They could have allowed their pest control person in before customers as they were waiting outside to go inside. If you have a maintenance like that, it should be handled before the door opens, not when the door opens. The pest control person was obviously trying to make it not be a big deal by going in before hours. The store should accommodate, especially if they have a service tech coming, they could have let them in to do their job and leave before the doors open to customers.Will not be going back to this one, eww. Certainly not the service techs fault but the stores.. the fact they have to have someone come out DURING BUSINESS HOURS means they are not a very clean environment and obviously don't care for how they look as well.Managers should address this. This should be done before the doors open to the customers, and the management clearly needs to look over how to clean properly to prevent such a need for pest control services so many times per month.This is the first time I have felt disgusted by this establishment.Let you pest people in before the doors open. ?‍♀️ I don't want to think about it while ordering my stuff what is going on behind the counter or in the back room.

The baristas here are always super efficient and super duper kind, even when a customer is being rude. My mobile orders are always complete early, and the atmosphere is great for studying. It's quieter in the mornings if you prefer that, but it does get pretty busy during mealtimes, so just be aware! There is no onsite parking, so I recommend walking if you can.

This is my go-to Starbucks but cashiers here seem like they could care less about customer service. This morning at 10:30 AM I ordered my daily coffee in person at the register. I waited a good 20 minutes before asking for help at the counter after it was clear I was not getting my order as many people who ordered after me were getting their drinks. The cashier couldn't seem to care less when I brought it up. His response was to tell me "maybe they're working on it right now" after I spoke to him about how long I've been waiting; he did no investigation, no checking the order screen, no apology (ugh!). While I was explaining myself to him he also seemed to be only half listening as in the middle of our conversation he turned around to work on other things and didn't engage with what I was saying. Eventually he offered me a refund which I accepted. After the refund was processed, I gave a genuine (non-Karen!) thank you and he just stared at me blankly. *Sigh* is this what customer service has come to these days? I wish I could've taken back my tip! Rating two stars instead of one for the employees there that aren't customer facing but I can tell are working hard during the morning rush. Picture is of my empty hand that should've had a coffee in it.

I go here pretty often and all the staff are kind and welcoming. The place is often full because it’s very close to the university, but if you can find a spot, it’s a wonderful experience.

I work nearby and this is my go-to Starbucks that I hit up very frequently. This is one of the main Starbucks locations on the U campus, so it is generally full of college students. That said it is not a frat keg party here, it is kids meeting up and hanging out, and a lot of kids doing homework, so there is often nowhere to sit. That is ok as I have been here probably 50 times and I always get coffee to go. I do recommend ordering through the app vs the counter. I find ordering through the app is very fast, but when I go to the counter, it sometimes takes a bit to get an order through and the wait is a bit longer. That said, the drinks are always on point and I have never had an order mistake here. One side note is that there is a lot of construction nearby that has eaten up the parking spots, so it is often tough to find a place to put the car if you are trying to run in really quickly and grab-and-go.

My daughter, on the way back to Duluth from out of town for Thanksgiving stopped into this Starbucks and was accused of stealing her refill cup. The cup was actually bought in Texas. Maybe next time review the camera BEFORE, instead of after, accusing customers of stealing. How embarrassing! I hope all customers suspected are accused and not just those who have stronger melatonin.

The girl was incredibly rude. We said we asked for venti and they gave us a grande. She gave an incredibly rude smile and said, "well you paid for a grande".
