Just had a latte. Store looked a little dirty and disorganized. Service was friendly and polite. It has become typical of most Starbucks - take an order, money and give coffee without personality.

I ask for a passion, fruit, frozen lemonade, and clearly this is not it. It’s strawberry for one and melted, which I asked him to remake and he made me an even watery drink. I’m not sure if he did that out of spite or did he really think that it was a frozen drink even though it was 80% liquid by the time he handed it to me I’m thoroughly disappointed and was looking forward to this drink.

I visit this Starbucks every day. I drive out of my way from wherever I am to visit this particular store because their service is top notch. Any time Courtney is working, they great me warmly by name. It’s so impressive and I feel so cared about as a loyal customer. I’m going to be moving to a new city in July so I’ll have to find a new Starbucks to frequent. But I’ll sure miss being greeted by Courtney!
