I always go to this Starbucks ever since it opened in my neighborhood. I’ve always had good experiences. UNTIL TODAY, I had never met someone so disgustingly rude. The black and blonde hair girl with a bang was so rude messed up my order, and when I let her know it wasn’t what I ordered, she gave me the most rudest face. I honestly wasn’t even mad that she messed it up, but what got me so mad was her attitude. She said she was going to “remake” it, waited, and got the same exact drink. I don't know if she thought I was blind, but she literally gave me the exact thing I’ve just said I didn’t order. My sisters and I always come to this Starbucks, and the other workers know we are frequent customers; they always welcome us nicely, but today that girl just had to ruin my enjoyment of always coming to this SB. I ended up throwing away my drink in the store; her nasty attitude plus the drink being what I didn’t order just ruined my mood. I really hope she works on her attitude and takes notes on her coworkers manners. It looks like she works in the afternoon and, from now on, will have to come in the morning only to avoid seeing her. If she continues with that nasty attitude of hers, it will ruin the reputation of this location. I just hope the manager is able to talk with her because no one deserves to be treated like she treated my sisters and me today

My sisters and I were at this Starbucks and the worker that was taking our order was really rude , she messed up our drinks many time and I notice that every time we didn’t give a tip she had attitude. I would never come back this

Every time a coffee is made, it'll come out completely different depending on who made it. If you don't like surprises like that, then I suggest you look elsewhere where the coffees are in uniform every order.

On my way to work I'll usually order my drink 10 to 12 minutes before I arrive. It's either done by my arrival or within a minute or 2, which is great considering it's around 8 am on a weekday.

Very nice people here. I can’t remember the persons name but they even made a picture on the Starbucks bag. It was a really cool drawing and I just think it’s really cool that they go above and beyond to make it a good experience.

It's the perfect quick stopParking: Located right next to the Pick-Up entrance and accessible by street or the side alley. The parking lot is usually pretty packedWheelchair accessibility: It's located at street level and there's not much of a bump at the door threshold. Average door width.
