Great subs, as always. Appropriately staffed for the lunch rush; only waited a few minutes, even with road crews coming through. Very clean.Wheelchair accessibility: There is sufficient parking pretty close to the door (though it's not right up to the curb, so you might have an issue if it snowed earlier in the day). Curb cuts, etc are all good. You do have to go through an airlock (two doors) at the front. The exit is a single door that only opens from the inside. They do enough business that it would be easy to find someone to let you in through that door. All doors are 100 % glass; high visibility.

If your website says your open until 9pm it is unacceptable that I would come 15 minutes before you are closed to get dinner to find that you are locked up n go home before scheduled time..... absolutely not ok!

Every single time I go there, it's some kind of an issue with an incapable employee. Its not the language because I speak spanish. And, I also get it, these are kids, and they are limitedin skill. Still, the level of disrespect and lack of manners is too much. And, the girl on register also fell tremendously short. I always tell myself it's the last time I'm going there, but last night really was the last time.

I will never come back here! It was my first time coming to this store and I experienced the worst customer service EVER! Yikes! The guy making my sandwich the way he was throwing things around very sloppy very bad! Oh and the attitude on his face yikes ! I would kill myself if I have to work with that guy! End!

Delicious Food! I had a foot-long meatball sandwich, baked Lay's chips, 3 macadamia [white nut] cookies, and a beverage. Excellent, nutritious lunch. Will be stopping by, again, soon.

I've been a manager in sandwich shops for a few years now and this was easily the cleanest and freshest looking display of ingredients I've seen that I didn't set up myself. The 2 guys working on tues march 7 (430ish) were also kind and well mannered, I hope they get a raise or a bonus soon.
