Just went to one of your stores that was supposed to open at 8am. There was a lady in there, mopping the floor that held up four fingers, then keep mopping the floor. I figure she means she’s opening in four minutes even though she’s already 10 minutes late. I wait outside in the cold another 10 minutes until 8:20am.  The door is still locked. I looked through the glass and the lady is in there walking around behind the counter. I tap on the glass asking what’s going on. She then tells me that they don’t open until nine. Then just walks back off. Completely wasting my time. She knows she did it, and she didn’t even care. It’s not like I left and came back. Since she said four minutes, I stood right outside the front door. At this point I’m not even asking for good customer service, I just don’t want my time wasted. This happened Sunday February 18th between 8:10am and 8:20am. Store address is 1260 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403.

The subway website and Google both say they close at 9:00. I get there before 8:00 and they've already got everything. Mopped and halfway done closing up saying they close at a quarter to 8:00. So they can just close whenever they want. I guess. I wonder why Subway is going downhill and probably going to be out of business here pretty soon

One young man working alone had a great additude. He was making sandwiches very efficiently and checking people out $. Washing his hands and going back to making sandwiches. The line was out the door and he was still smiling? Great Attitude Awesome service and he made a delicious sandwich! Thank you ?

Today, on a saturday, i got denied a sandwich at 6:05pm. Worker inside says they close at 6? On a saturday? Wouldnt make me a sandwich although the hours say till 9 everyday. Wont be back

The staff is nice and friendly as they made my food pretty fast. One of the things I like about fast food places are their customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant and this store specifically meets my expectations. It's small subway by the side of a building but it delivers where it needs.The only negative thing about this store is when there are a lot of people their isn't enough seats but besides that it's a good store.

Subway died when the $5 footlong did. I paid almost $15 for a sandwich that would have been on the aforementioned list a mere 5 years ago, and it was flat out awful. Too many better options to be charging that much.
