Stopped in on my Saturday morning adventure. Absolutely delicious biscuit with freshly cooked ingredients. As a Tea lover I was excited to see many different options of tea including black, green, herbal, and seasonal flavors. Place was busy, but the staff got through orders fast. Plenty of seating and a great vibe. A place you don't tell your friends about, but bring them to, because you selfishly want to be able to claim you showed them it.

Looking for the best breakfast sandwich...and a good cup of coffee! Early Saturday morning in the city, love spring days like this! Now this was a great stop for the morning. Got up early and dropped my daughter off at the airport to return back to college...too chilly to go for a walk yet but starving so need food and a coffee! Saw this place and figured I'd give it a try... Now I will say this is a great stop. Bread, pastries, sandwiches look awesome. Great selection, good prices...coffee was dang good as well! I decided to try the morning biscuit with Egg, Cheese and I chose the veggie meat patty replacement...the pinto patty. Biscuit was very good, egg was done perfectly and the cheese was good, lots of it but not to much! The veggie patty though was a big miss! I would question whether anyone that makes that actually does breakfast sandwiches with it? The taste was awesome, would make a great burger on a bun. As a meat replacement for breakfast it is WAY too large, too soft and missing any texture to it but soggy! It needs to be 1/2 the thickness, with way more of a crust to it to be in the middle of an egg and cheese! Taken out, it was a great side flavor wise, again it needed to have some kind of a crust to it. I would come back for bread, coffee and a breakfast biscuit perhaps. Not if I am looking for a best of, it was good but not that. Maybe without the veggie patty but still wouldn't hit a top 10...well maybe, that biscuit was great! KT

Vanilla latte was beautiful but wasn't sweet enough for my garbage palate. The sourdough pancakes were good and served with real maple syrup. The mushroom biscuits and gravy had an interesting type of mushroom, but the gravy tasted very floury.I would return to try the toast flight, and maybe a biscuit sandwich.

Pastry over baked, spoiling both flavor and eating enjoyment. Toast burnt. No decaf this day. Service okay but there are better alternatives.

Excellent local bakery! They make pizzas on Thursday nights that are delicious. Excellent breads and croissants and scones and cookies.Parking: Parking lot shared with several other businesses.Kid-friendliness: Welcoming to small children. They have a set of toys on the counter for kids 2 to 5 to play with

Stopped in here with my mom this morning. While we only got a few things out of the pastry case, they were great! I cannot wait to go back and order some items off their breakfast menu. The gal taking our order was pleasant and the vibes were so cozy throughout. Already told a few coworkers to check it out!

Great food. Closed at 2pm but if you are there just after 2 and the doors are unlocked they will still sell you a drink and what's left of the fresh bakery items! I really wish they stayed open till 3pm, I would be able to go more!

Need to rethink their customer service. Been going here quite often but had a particularly bad experience today. We ordered breakfast and sat down, after 25mins of nothing I went and asked what was up, politely, and they said they would check. She then came out and said our ticket had been lost and she needed our order again. Understandably we were a little upset, but what really soured us was they offered us "a few pastries" for losing our order, then when I asked if I could get a loaf instead they came back and said no sorry, we can't do that... A $6 loaf... After another 10mins of no food and we had enough, we got a refund and left and found this nice comment on the receipt. Never will be back and will share this experience with everyone I know

I forget about sun street for a year at a time and then rediscover it. Which is probably good for my waist line because the food is so damn good! Particularly the southern fried biscuit sandwich. The dining room is so airy and sunny it's a perfect quick breakfast spot.
