Service was great! The steaks were not good. Covered with sauce and served with a sharp knife to cut through the over cooked medium steak and the filet appeared to be microwaved as it was gray on appearance and flavor not great for the price. Would rather spend $10 more at Manny's for a guaranteed great steak. First and last time eating here.

At 7:20 my waiter announced to our table " Ladies it's time for you to go ! " I thought we decided that !!! Presented my check with my food still on the table . We were still eating. Terrible service for the Capital Grille!!! . So disappointed! Bad taste in your mouth . Not a great way to leave a restaurant. ??
Everything was so good. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. Such a great special occasion place.

Went on a Sat night for a date night. Asked for a Medium Well Filet Mignon. Which came out Rare. The waitress sent the steak back - then it came back out to me charred and tasted like charcoal. The waitress offered us more bread which we requested with our meal but that never came. Danny clearing the tables was very polite and kind though. Kudos to him - he made things pleasant for us although he was not our server. We did enjoy the Korean BBQd bacon. We also shared Au Gratin potatoes which were good however could be compared to "wedding catering food". My dates Ribeye was spot on and he throughly enjoyed it his meal.

We love this restaurant - the ambience, the drinks and mostly the food. We usually only make it downtown for our anniversary and tonight was the same. Apps and service were amazing, but the chefs didn't handle things well when they were faced with an overcooked steak.

Everything was absolutely superb! Our waiter, Carlos, took excellent care of us. Our food was exceptional ! From the seafood platter to steaks and all the accompaniments. And of course the best cocktails and wine. The evening was very important to us and Capital Grille and Carlos took the best care of us.
