The girl that was working at the front today, white girl with messy blonde hair said something slick out her mouth outside toppers then wants to be fake professional inside. Then on top of it got my order wrong.... usually this toppers is on point but yall suck and need to check your employees. Ugh.

As an out of towner from San Antonio, Texas this pizza company blew my mind. The pizza was not only made to order but all the ingredients were fresh and the cheese was melty. I would definitely fly back here to just get this pizza again. Perfect after a night at the bars.

Great pizza and they were generous enough to donate some pizzas to us here at Metro Hope Ministries last Sunday for our men to enjoy during the football games!!! We here Metro Hope house around 50 guys as we are a long term faith based sober living program that's usually 6-8 months long!! The men really enjoyed their pizza and wings!!
Ordered online for pickup, toppersticks and chicken parm alfredo, the pepperoni toppersticks came as a pizza and the chicken parm alfredo was an alfredo cheesemaker. Both wrong, not the first time this has happend with this same order from this location. Order number 10047
Wow this place is amazing and it is vegan as well!! The young lady tonight I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name did an amazing job with my order!! I really felt like she took care of my dairy free request perfectly!! She is amazing!!

Little it was the Worst experience I ordered two pizzas todayOne of them was eaten and I think the driver or someone in a restaurant ate it How can people eat people's food without feeling ashamed I mean they could have any disease ? You never know! You guys need to do better it's not safe for us as customers

We have not had Toppers for a long time. Ordered it to be delivered with Uber eats. The driver arrived with someone else’s order. We stopped him and he said they only gave him the one order. I contacted Toppers to try to get this issue fixed. I had to call 4 times because the order line people couldn’t help and kept putting me on hold for 10-15 minutes. I finally was transferred to someone that told me it was Ubers fault and they were unwilling to help me. She said it was a he said she said issue and hung up on me. Disappointing! We will not try that again.

Came in over an hour before close. The 2 staff working clearly didn’t want to serve us as they literally ignored us for about 10 minutes. Could not even be bothered to tell us that they were for some reason not taking any orders (again over an hour before close). After waiting 10 minutes without so much as being acknowledged by the staff my partner and I left.

If I could give zero stars I would. The "owners" Jim and Suzanne tried to trick me into quitting because I witnessed horrific mismanagement of other employees. Order from ANYWHERE else, they do not care about food safety or otherwise. Currently reporting this franchise to ANY agency I can so that they cannot continue this disgusting treatment of employees.
