Possibly the best food downtown. They're fast, friendly, and it's a good value. Everything is cut fresh right in front of you after you order, and they have the best gyros I've

Wow, this place is spectacular! The feel, the freshness, getting the veggies for the sandwich cut right in front of you, fresh made cold pasta salad. Must check out. A little hole in the wall

I had a very pleasant experience, the owners (who were okay with me taking the photo and uploading it) were very sweet and accommodating. The meals had a touch of 'home-made' savour that just keeps you going until you are stuffed. The environment was cozy and added extra warmth and comfort to the experience.

Great lunch spot downtown. Gyros are loaded with meat and delicious, and the service is great too. Can’t wait to go back!

This is the best down-home, no-frills Greek food I've had in Minneapolis. You really can't go wrong with any of the choices. Do NOT miss the garlic dip. This is not some common aioli or creamy concoction. Imagine if someone magically whipped garlic into a cloud and kept the strong, aromatic flavor intact. I could sit down and eat a whole meal of garlic dip and pita points if I didn't love the rice and chicken so much. Highly recommend.

The best "value for the money" you can imagine, very rich in flavor, surprising vegetables. The place is small, it is better to grab it for take-away.

I ordered the #7 Chicken Lunch Box today for lunch and it was delicious and filling! The portion sizes for the lunch box were more than I could eat, so it helped when justifying the higher price tag of $15. The garlic dip was out of this world, and I love that I was able to mix & match the different ingredients with the pita to create unique combinations and flavors. We ordered over the phone and my co-worker picked it up in person, so I can't comment on the friendliness of the staff or the atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, I will be back to try other menu items!

I come here equally for the amazing food and the owners who are just so lovely and sweet. Such a hidden gem for Mediterranean food in Minneapolis.

You know when your friends tell you that the little hole in the wall has the best food? Well this is that place. I enjoyed watching the love and care the chef took making my gyro. He is a master of his craft. This was probably my favorite place I went to while in town for a conference. Hope to see you all again.

It is a tiny cafe in the bottom of the Lumber Exchange Building in downtown Minneapolis. But you’re not taking any wedding parties there. Best to get your food to go. MAYBE 21 people can fit in the cramped dining room. But you’re there for food you would expect in the Mediterranean. Creamy tzatziki, wonderfully textured hummus, home-baked pita. It’s all there. The portions are immense. This may be the only time we go since we’re from out of town. But they have their regulars as you can tell from the conversations. And regular or not, they are happy to see you.
