I absolutely love their food and bread! I really enjoy their sourdough bread. It is probably some of the best bread in Minneapolis.

Can't beat this place for informal breakfasts & top of the line bakery choices. Been attending this place for at least 10 years.

Did take out for two sandwiches. It was well over $30 and they did not get the order correct. Seems very pricey and while the bread was good tye sandwiches themselves were just adequate.

Visit here a decent amount and just wish it were better. Baked goods sit out in the open and tend to be dry and vanilla-forward. Bread, cookies, cakes, etc are better from local grocery stores and Heathers. Coffee is v average. Disheveled kind of middle-school cafeteria ambience. Feeling like the community deserves better. Admittedly havent tried the made-to-order food.

Food was excellent. Great omelet with fresh ingredients. Enjoyed the warmth on a frigid Minnesota Sunday morning. Overall a nice coffee shop and great breakfast spot. Biggest kitchen with Tina of flour. This place produces a lot of baked goods.

I get the low service low frills concept. But employees arguing behind the counter, no salt (I had to ask for it) and no butter knives??? Terrible service. If not for the exceptional food I would never come back. 12-28-23 at 11:30AM. Literally clueless staff behind counter. Get it together. Oh and there is water dripping out of all the hear registers.

the service…. Welll lol let’s just say The current staff might have some sort of social anxiety maybe Because all of the people constantly coming in and out but they also seem to be and were very standoffish/unapproachable although they all appear to be mostly teenagers and young adults so I get it but at one point one of them starting cleaning up around our table moving chairs from our table while we were eating as if we weren’t there.. dare I say inappropriate other than that the FOOD never misses in my opinion is what is keeping this place open been eating here since I was 10 and I am now 23 I suggest taking food to go but check your order before leaving because they often are extremely busy
