The food was good, but the inside was really dirty, The floor was sticky and it stunk like something was rotting for a couple weeks!! ?There was only ONE person (out of 6 or 7 employees) that BARELY spoke English, so the service wasn't great.

The young lady who took my order was very professional and she big smile on her face the entire time. I could tell they were very busy but her positive attitude was very contagious. Made my day. Would absolutely come back to this one just because of the professionalism from there employees. I give them a 9/10

I would rate 0 stars if possible. While I was standing in line to order my food, the manager took some dirty trays, she looked at them and saw that they were dirty, and put paper coverings on them. She was going to put my food on a tray that had ketchup smeared all over it, and I told her to just put my food in a bag. The female workers have their makeup bags taking over the bathroom sink. The pop machine was out of ice. Nothing was stocked- straws, napkins, lids, ketchup cups. This place should be shut down.

This place is so unorganized. I stood at the counter waiting to order while a manager and two other employees tried to figure out where someone's order was. After they went to the kitchen and it was another several minutes until I was able to order... I have a small amount of time on break and I don't think I'll have enough time to eat.....
This is easily the best location in the west Metro. The drive through line always goes quickly for me at any time of the day and the employees are very friendly. Don’t bother going to the location in Maple Grove, that one is horrible.

Worst service ever food is almosalways cold, and they do not answer the phone sthere is no way to address issues.Today, for different food delivery drivers tried to pick up my order and waited over 15 minutes each until the service finally cancelled my order over two-hours later.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The last time I went to this location, I pulled up to the speaker, waited a few minutes, backed up and drove up again, still nothing for another few minutes. I pulled up to the window, could hear their music blaring. I knocked on the window a few times, I could SEE the employees standing and chatting. Finally someone saw me at the window, took my order, but were very short and snippy. The time previous, I was the only one there and it took 7+ minutes to get my food but when I did, the chicken was rock solid and cold. I wish this location was managed better because I love Wendy's and this is close to my house, but I now avoid it.

Food was fine, some a little cold. Straws, cup lids, lobby soda machine were all not stocked (no diet soda at all available, for example). Ketchup cups empty, bathrooms all blocked off.It seemed like they were actively trying to discourage patrons from the store at all to be honest.
