Incredibly rude and incompetent staff. Horribly unsanitary. Employees never came to assist paying customers at the register. I witnessed employees piling sliders on counters that had not been cleaned. One employee was tossing the sliders into different piles, and I heard him stating that he didn’t care if the orders were correct. He was sweating all over the sliders and not wearing gloves. This location should be shut down.

I went there past night, the guy working the drive-thru took my card, NEVER GAVE IT BACK, then gave me my order MISSING 2 sandwiches! I live in Eagan. I got half way home before I noticed my sandwiches missing, and drove back. The same guy went to get my sandwiches, I had asked for ketchup and pickles, he told me they were on there, HE LIED! It wasn’t until thr next day I noticed he didn’t give me back my check card, and it’s not there, HE PROBABLY KEPT IT! Now I’m inconvenienced for days do this INCOMPETENT PERSON YOU HAVE WORKING THE DRIVE-THRU!NEVER AGAIN!

I worked here for two weeks and was done. Didn’t get paid for an entire week that I worked.The managers are extremely rude. They have a no gossip policy But if you work any shift, all you were here is gossip and what another staff member has done. There was conversations about an older man that was dealing with a teenager there and no one did anything about that Which is disturbing.Conversations of staff taking pictures of debit and credit cards (the police were never called) ! There’s so much wrong with this location!While I was being trained by the assistant manager, I believe her name was Sierra. She told me “the customers are not always right” Which was shocking coming from an assistant manager! I usually check reviews before I even select a job, but unfortunately for me, I decided not to for this one One of my biggest regrets ever.I’ve also witnessed them thaw out raw meat in hot water which anybody in the food industry knows is not safe. And every time that situations bad situations or good there was always a manager on duty watching these things happenThere are staff members that are family members, and they call their self ops they play loud music so loud to the point where you can barely hear the customers outside the drive-through window.it was cool the first week during training and everything but overtime I started to see how toxic the work environment really was and me being a teenager refused to deal with it and I walked out in the middle of my shift. I had had enough when I overheard a manager telling another staff member that I was stupid because I didn’t know the difference between well done and fried hard which really there’s no difference lol just different words no different meaning reallyThere was also a situation with the assistant manager Sierra were a customer walked in and was not happy with her order and was missing an entire meal. Sierra continue to argue with her and tell her if she doesn’t have a receipt. She can’t get any food after the storms out she proceeds to tell the ladies husband she never said she wasn’t gonna give her the food which contradicted, her statement made in the first place. The lady had a receipt. She had proof that she was here, but the assistant manager continue to escalate the situation instead of de-escalating it because she believes as she told the customer is not always rightso avoid this location as much as you can they don’t have the proper food safety protocols. They don’t have people who actually want to work there. There’s a lot of fraud going on with proof of it. There’s a lot of toxicity here with proof of it. There’s constantly fights. There’s constantly arguing between staff members. It’s just constant turmoil. It’s pure ignorance. If you have to avoid this location, do it at all costs I will never white Castle again!!!!!!
The person that works late nights ,must think its funny or just to lazy, by not putting no pickles on burgers.for the last 2 months. I even specifically asked for pickles tonight and he told me that pickles already come with burgers,

I was there this evening and my food had been sitting for sometime and I had been waiting longer than 12 minutes so one of the employees asked what my mobile order # was and remade my order and handed it to me. I thanked him greatly and was truly impressed with his can do attitude and work ethic to make it right for the client even though I had not asked for it. I am truly appreciative of the whole process and like at White Castle, specifically that location differently.
