Tried the brauhaus tap beer. It was meh, too bitter. The cheese slice went down much better. The unfortunate thing about this place is you can't grab and go. You need to dine in (get a table or sit at the bar) to try the food, which includes a lot more than pizzas.

If you like focaccia bread then this is your place. If you are a die hard pizza enthusiast you thankfully have many other great choices in the Twin Cities.This reminded me of pizza we used to eat in high school with a whole lot of bread a little sauce and some cheese on top.

Food and interior is amazing, but trying to find a parking spot at night is abysmal. Need to figure out some sort of lot arrangement with another business close by.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some pickle dogs. Pizzas were hot, pickle dogs were still cold. The crispy crust is amazing, very much like the Huts pan pizza in the 90’s. 1 pizza was good for 2 people, but sure it’s going to reheat terrific.
