Last time visiting this location.

It’s 12:30 on a Wednesday, no one else in line…. They are scraping the bottom of every bin. Half a scoop of brown rice, “we are out of rice, can you have white for your other”. The cost of these bowls aren’t cheap and to under fill because you have nothing ready is terrible. Seems they need manager oversight

The 1st thing that you notice before you enter this place is the dirty tables. It was around 3:30pm, so no excuses about "rush hours" time. The person serving the food seemed not to know what she was doing, she placed 2 hands full of lettuce on top of both of the bowls that we ordered which made these 85% lettuce & 15% whatever was underneath. 15% was the proteins ( 2 different meats), rice, beans, green peppers & onions( not cooked), Pico de Gallo, corn, sour cream, but you couldn't see these unless you moved the lettuce out of the way. In addition, we ordered chips, the brown bag in which these were was dripping oil & the actual chips were salty AF; most of these ended up in the trash. When we finally get to the cashier, he was rude because before I can even to scan my phone with the app so I can at least get my rewards; he said: "Give me a minute!" with a tone then called a coworker for help because he really seemed not to know what customer service is nor what he was doing. And, not to mention that they don't have public restrooms for customers either. I still love chipotle, but not this place; I wouldn't spend my time & money on this place. ?

To the entire staff working New Year’s Eve at 4:08pm please, please seek training in good quality you all sold me a Chicken bowl with brown rice that is hard as grits. Why would y’all serve food that you all would not eat. DO BETTER or find another profession. Got the nerve to charge almost $15 dollars for a bowl of trash I’m sick of giving y’all chances this was it!

Everytime I come to this chipotle they are super rude and intimidating. I get when you are busy it can get stressful, but there are ways to be respectful and fake it. This is coming from someone who has worked in food service for a year and a half and it’s hard, but I would never ever treat a customer the way these employees did. I felt like I was gonna cry when he was being super rude to me while I was ordering.
Horrible customer service; employees were mumbling their words, rude, and impatient. I do not recommend this location to anyone since they clearly don’t care about their customers. The fact that it wasn’t a busy night made matters so much worse.
