cashier extremly unfiendly. no strawberries no cherry sauce no nothing. looked back into the "kitchen" and it looked disgusting. we all left as we did not even get an apology.

I got a dipped cone and it wasn't fully dipped. I had a rewards for a free 4 piece chicken basket and showed it to the employee and she still charged me for the whole thing. She wouldn't stop talking about how tired she was and how she won't get out till later. Then I got my food...only got 3 small tenders. No toast. AND I payed extra for two sauces and didn't get them. Then when I went to tell her about my issue I waited in a long line. she said she couldn't do anything except give me sauce.

Disappointed that the rotisserie chicken salad was discontinued as it was one of the only gluten-free options for my wife. But the staff there tonight provided the best customer service I’ve had at a restaurant in many, many years. The gentleman who took our order went above and beyond to make sure we felt valued as customers and made the best of the limited offerings available for my wife’s dietary needs.

We ordered through the drive in and waited for sometime behind two cars. They could have been understaffed. We drove home with our food which was about a 20 minute drive. The hamburgers were good however, the fries were a bit cold and greasy, not crisp.

Got the chicken strip basket and the pretzel sticks. Each chicken strip was about the size of an underdeveloped testicle. Think the size of a chicken nugget. Also didn't get any queso with the pretzels even though it's advertised as such. I wouldn't normally be this disappointed, but the total for this was nearly, and unexpectedly, almost $20. Overpriced as all hell for the mediocre experience you get. Anyone with a right mind, give your wallet a break and go across the street to Culver's
