I’ve been to the Nicollet and Maple Grove locations many times and I love the Beef Donburi there. I was super excited to have one closer to home but it’s just not the same. I’m not sure what’s done differently here but the beef was super bland the two times I’ve gotten it at this location. I was disappointed with the food but the location and service were good

Great new spot located in the outer parking lot strip mall of Ridgedale. The space was open and bright and had booth and table seating. Dined here for lunch with a friend and had expedient and friendly service. Their menu offered sushi, fried rice and ramen dishes and we both went with Ramen. The Kimchi ramen had a nice kick to it but not quite as spicy as the server warned us about. The broth was delicious and sippable. Would definitely stop back to try out their sushi!

I'm so glad to have a good ramen place in the west metro, easy to park, easy to get to. I had miso ramen with crispy fried tofu. The tofu was really good, and the broth and ramen were well prepared. The servers were very helpful and cheerful and pleasant, if a touch inattentive. I was glad to see it was busy at this time of day.
