We made reservations for 4:00pm on Easter, we were planning on the buffet. I called Saturday afternoon to confirm the buffet meal. I was told there would not be menus available only the buffet. We arrived at 3:50pm. We were told the buffet was over and we had to order from the menu. I called the next day and talked with the manager Ben. I told him what happened and their promotion ad never said what time the buffet ended. Only listed times and prices for those various times. Ben said he would talk to their "District Manager" and call me back. I never heard from Ben. We had always wanted to try their buffet and are very disappointed how this was handled.

The Meatloaf was exactly what I needed. I arrived without a reservation, but it was early...I was immediately seated. The wait staff was right on hand, and friendly. My Iced Tea was kept full, and flavorful! My dinner arrived very quickly. The gravy pulled the dish together with just enough tang and spice combined. Fresh Green Beans accompanied the potatoes, and frizzled onions. I splurged and topped off the meal with a small brownie sundae. The ice cream really hit the spot. Very nice place, bright, and energetic.

Easy to make reservations, seated at once. Impressive service. After not making contact with wait staff for 15 minutes, we inquired who our server was. Manager responded to our wait exactly the way a hospitality professional should: immediate apology, immediate service and a free appetizer. ( Filet was impeccable, New York strip good, special request handled expertly. Artichoke dip and creme brulee excellent. Butter made in house? But best of all, the food came out HOT. Incredible. Definitely recommend.

We started with the lobster artichoke dip with grilled bread. Very good!! My husband had the French onion soup and wedge salad. I had the chicken Parmesan with alfredo pasta. Big portions on all the food and very flavorful!! The menu has a lot of great options! Friendly staff. A bit loud when it was crowded, but at the end of the night it started to quiet down. We will be back for sure!!

food was boring. well prepared, but boring. lobster quacamole was fresh, but no flavor. salmon was perfect. the rest of the dish was blah. ginger liqueur tonic was disappointing, missing something. sorry.

Service was top tier. The women helping us walked us through the menu for restaurant week, and always checked up on us. She was super sweet! There was also a man and another women who was also very kind and helpful. Food was AMAZING. Catfish was battered well, and the dry aged steak was seasoned SO well. We always enjoy going to Jimmy's. Usually we come for happy hour but came at the end and service was not up to usual. I've ordered the wedge salad before and felt it lacked in appearance and quantity. I also had jimmy's soup and it was cold. We had more than one server and our main server didn't check back as dishes piled. Disappointed Sunday night.
Celebrating 2 birthdays. First time for brunch here. 2 ordered the Eggs Benedict and they both liked it, especially the ham which seemed to be grilled (yum)! Staff very friendly, waiter was knowledgeable and attentive.

Jimmy's is one of our go-to-places. The atmosphere is upper scale and the food and service are constantly great. We also appreciate that Jimmy's has kept their prices reasonable while other restaurants in the area have decided to price gouge by increasing their prices by 20% to 25% over the last year. We recommend Jimmy's to friends all the time and often introduce friends to Jimmy's by meeting people there that have never been to Jimmy's before.

What a wonderful meal we had at Jimmy's, a favorite while visiting the Twin Cities!!! We had the Chiopino -it was so delicious and full of fresh seafood, one of the best I've ever had!!! My friend had the salmon Marcela and said it was fabulous!!! Drinks were great as was the service!! The neighborhood Gem by far and can't wait to return on my next trip!!
