Whoever is working the Saturday night shifts are champs. A handful for a crew and they were flying through orders while still being able to provide great service. Love this location because of folks like them. Will be back in the future.

Last night was my last time ordering from this establishment. Last night I placed a delivery order in which I did tip, and for the 3rd time the delivery driver has added an additional tip on top of what I originally tipped.That is so out of line and for this to happen to my the 3rd time is HIGHLY annoying. I appreciate being refunded by the manager but I feel like nobody is talking to the staff because honestly the delivery driver should apologize for trying to help himself to my money.Do better.

The new pizza with parmesan on the bottom is very good. The chicken parm papa bites are delicious. But their new hot lemon pepper wings are absolutely disgusting. I already know their wings are trash period, but I wanted to try the new flavor and it's disgusting. Otherwise everything was great

The first time I had been to this pizza joint I loved the cheese-filled crust I think I ate this whole pizza in a matter of 30 mins, & it was a large, plus my cheat day. fresh ingredients good vegetables. I will return for sure

Tony was so incredibly helpful. We accidentally had the pizza's delivered to the brewery (our last place we had ordered) and we got a call he arrived there. We offered for him to leave the pizza's there and we'd go pick them up, but he insisted on hand delivering them to our correct address. Amazing customer service! Tony...you're awesome!
For $26 plus tip we got a one topping “New York” style pizza. No sides. The pizza was still kind of warm when it should up. And it was probably one of the ugliest pizzas I’ve ever seen. Not enough cheese to even have a small layer on top. Burnt edges all the way around because they left no crust unsauced.I was wishing we would have spent our money somewhere else. Probably would have gotten something decent maybe even with a side.Will not be using the Minnetonka location again. Lol, 4.99+tax to deliver garbage 1.2 miles. And they wonder why sales decline…

Ordered online, said it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I didn’t arrive until almost an hour later. I walk in, one or two of the guys glance at me but no one speaks. After a short moment of me standing there, the cashier walks up. I tell him I’m here for “Malik” he looks behind him, then looks at the screen, then says ok. Cash or credit he asks, I was literally holding cash in my hand but he was only looking at the screen. He hands me change then walks away. I stand there for a moment, knowing my order is already done. After 30 seconds, I sit down. I watch them for a couple of minutes, wondering if/when they will notice. Finally, I was hungry & knowing I was already late & my food was getting cold I asked if my order was ready. Some guy hands it to me, the cashier says “have a good day”. The fact he said that honestly irritated me, I’m sorry what??! If he would have said “oh my bad man didn’t realize your order was done have a good day” I would not be writing this. When someone pays for something, you give it to them not let it sit there for 5 minutes until they ask for it. This is basic common sense.

One of the best pizza places, but it's too expensive so I rarely eat here. If you actually had reasonable prices like Domino's, more people would go here. You've also been messing up orders recently.

I’m sitting here and waiting, again, for them to deliver our pizzas on time. This summer they delivered to the wrong house and the person at the store asked me to walk around my neighborhood and look. (Which I did and found them on our neighbors bench outside) the Saturday before Halloween they were 35 min late and now my estimated delivery time is in 16 min. (Requested delivery time was 5 pm, it’s 5:28 pm now)After this, I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s so disappointing and I know COVID has had a lot to do with this I’m sure, but if they don’t figure things out, more and more people will start going other places.UPDATE: my neighbor just brought over our cold pizzas. They delivered them to them to the wrong house AGAIN!!

Went in for pickup order. Was told that " It's coming out oven" 15mins later NOTHING!!! They had no idea what happened to my order!!! No apologies, nothing. Cancelled and walked out!!! Never going back to that location!! ?
