Always have an excellent service fresh sandwich and the right prices for the best "fast food" when on the way to where I'm going or back. Superfluous words can't adequately describe the experience, so it's best if you stop by for yourself when you have time to avoid the CONsequences of some drive through

They always run out of bread!!! I drove all the way over here about 4 times now. Just for them to say they're out of bread! Get your stuff together subway!

I wish that they would have gluten-free bread which is something that you would expect a sandwich shop to have but it doesn't they have protein bowls which is good as well. But that is why they only got three stars in my opinion.

Cashier gave rude snarky reply when asked which sandwich was which - I had 3, 1 hot and 2 cold- he told me the warm one was the hot one - well, duh!! (I was referring to the 2 unmarked cold ones, which he never did identify)

Five sandwich order, only one customized. Asked for default on the others, but they kept asking what do I want on them... I kept saying what's on the menu. Ended up having to select all the veg on each sandwich, not what I wanted to do.Then they forgot the napkins.Inexperienced.

I purchased a foot long and was planning on having the other half the next day. When i went to eat it the bread was hard and it did not smell the best. I called Subway and they were very understanding and offered to remake it for me. I went back and they made it for me and gave a free cookie and were very apologetic. I was very pleased with the service I received. I will most definitely continue to come here.

Their lunch crews on weekdays are consistently great. So much so that I’m writing a review about a Subway. Very hard working and you don’t usually see that in restaurants nowadays.

I had a small salad (in a very small bowl) with the regular amount of meat on it. No extra amount of anything. Spinach, green peppers, cucumbers (which only filled up half of the small bowl), then topped with the small amount of rotisserie chicken. This came to almost $11. I did not tip due to the sticker shock. How Subway can charge nearly $11 for a teeny, tiny salad, I cannot fathom. I haven't been to Subway in a very long time and I don't plan to be back anytime soon.

I moved to Hopkins about a year ago and one of the first things I did was scope out all of the best restaurants. I'm so glad I found this Subway! There is a dedicated parking lot that makes it easy for dining in or just picking up a quick order. I have also ordered a few times via DoorDash and the service is always really fast and on point with all of my many substitutions. That being said, each time I have gone in, the staff seems super friendly and efficient as well.My fave go to is the rotisserie chicken protein bowl because they give you SO MUCH CHICKEN!!! I highly recommend!

I have been here more than once, and no, I don’t come here often at all. The times I have been here, it’s been from awful to good, that also says it for the customer service. I recently answered one of the surveys sent by subway, and as usual, I answered with honesty. A day later I get an email from a certain Jason, who apologized for receiving a bad experience (he could’ve stopped there) but then made a comment making wanting to make me feel very stupid on how melts are made.Listen, I have been to many sandwich shops and seen how beautiful they wrap that hot sandwich melt. Subway on the other hand (at least this location) just throws in my melt a brown oversized bag and not even sealed or anything, just throw it in and feed the animal kinda attitude. This person who might be the owner of that store was rude and unprofessional, never again buying front this location.Again, MPO and hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Make your sandwich at home the way you want it or simply visit a different location with better reviews. Cheers.
