I tried Thanh Luong for the first time yesterday for take out. We ordered the Chicken Pho, Bun Bo Hue, and Com Tam. The first thing I wanted to say that this place is one of the best vegan/vegetarian Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to and I've tried many in Vegas, California, Minnesota, and in Asia. Thanh Luong quickly became one of my favorite restaurants despite me being an omnivore and the restaurant just recently opening/only having had their food twice. We were excited when we heard about this restaurant. It is very difficult to find high quality vegetarian Vietnamese dishes in MN outside of the Buddhist Temples. We 100% enjoyed every dish we tried and will be back soon! We had the bún bò (spicy beef noodle soup), gỏi (salad sampler), cá kho tiêu (braised vegan fish), and cơm tấm (house special rice platter). Our server was nice, attentive, and friendly.
