i have never experienced good service as great as the moorhead arbys. they got everything correct, the food was perfect. everyone was nice, the girl working in drive was very kind and very positive made the experience amazing!

Waited in line behind 1 car for 30 minutes after i ordered. When I got to window, I was ignored for 8 minutes while the Manager played on her phone right in front of me. I finally just left. I was embarrassed for her. She was under the influence of something for sure.

The food took a long time in the drive-thru, but i would rather have warm farm fast food before cold, and sitting for 30 mixtures. I don't typically eat fast food, or mode specifically processed foods...but sometimes it's a Thursday and I have to put something in my stomach. There no int chocolate shake was excellent !

Arby's used to serve hot, fresh food which was evident by the lines of cars in the drive through, but now there is rarely anyone waiting in line and the food is definely not made fresh at all...barely warm, dry and chewy like it had been sitting for a while. There is obviously new management/employees as I was familiar with the previous employees and no longer recognize anyone. Too bad they lost the previous group as they did an excellent job.

Food Excellent - Service Friendly and Fast -- Lobby area was a bit dirty. Looked like someone took a swiffer and did the entire lobby area in about 30 seconds you could see the obvious streaks where they did it. They rearranged and less seating much more open now so maybe its more noticeable now but with how open it is now a very thorough job of mopping must definitely be done. the way it was mopped in my opinion made it look worse than if it hadnt been done at all.

Pathetic slow service. No one had ordered for 20 minutes inside and we were still standing around waiting. The cooks kept piling up sandwiches in the warmer but the front help was so slow (2 people) they couldn’t or should I say wouldn’t keep up. If you plan on stopping here, bring a tent.

Understanding Arby's is a fast food restaraunt that's average at best, I just had the most disappointing experience with this Arby's location. The chicken tenders were stale and tough tasting, the fries were cold. Not just cold-when-you-bring-fast-food-home-cold, but ACTUALLY cold. The au jus container wasn't properly filled and thick with an awkward taste. The French Dip sandwich had stale bread. The milkshake was mostly syrup and so disgustingly sweet it actually burned our throats, not to mention the way everything was haphazardly stacked in the back, with things spilling out of containers and liquids leaking all over what we got. We called asking for a refund because we werent satisfied and had been told we needed to drive back with our food. Cool, I get it, people are scammers. It is quite frustrating that we now are wasting gas to go back and get employee mistakes fixed. They tell us to go through the drive-thru to meet with the manager on duty. Then they tell us we need to go inside. Then we're given attitude by the manager, the person who spoke with us over the phone and TOLD us they were the one that made our meal. They stated it was just them and one other staff member at the time and they remembered making our order when we had called on the phone. They proceeded to try and explain why the milkshakes were so syrupy but it really just sounded like they were trying to make excuses for terrible service. LILLY and her Arby's team from tonight are lucky Google doesn't offer reviews below 1 star. How disappointing, I really can't believe Arby's would let this quality of food be sold. Embarrassing.
