Looking at the places to get a late night eat in Moorhead are pretty slim, Bdubs was open till 1 so they say. We placed an order at midnight to be picked up at 12:20 and when we arrived at this location. All the doors were locked with the lights shut off. Double checking to make sure they were still open, website says 1am closing time. We had to call over 5 times to get the food we were already charged for. Please if your open that late either update your hours to when you are actually open, or don’t be open at all.

Place is okay if you have the time to hangout with buddies and what not but when you only have an hr lunch and you've been waiting for your food for over 30 minutes somethings wrong, last time I'll come to this bdubs in moorhead

It was alright. Definitely a typical BWW location. We went around noon, so it was very slow and we got our food right away. Nothing was like, "hot and fresh." It seemed like maybe it had been sitting on a warmer for a bit. The servers were very kind and attentive. They've got lunch specials, which were decently priced. Overall, it was an okay experience. Certainly not wowed, but not disappointed.

You can order through the app, be told it will take 50 minutes. Arrive in 50 minutes. Your food is ready and it's already cold...because it doesn't take anywhere NEAR 50 minutes.Or you can try to call and be told 10-20 minutes...but that's only if someone answers your phone and it doesn't disconnect after two rings.Or you can drive to the location, hope someone is up front to help you, and place an order in person. And be "that guy" that creates a line behind you, because you were unable to order in any other way.This is objectively a horrible system that you have your customers consistently having to deal with just to order food.

I placed an online order at 11:50pm, it said pickup at 12:20. When I got there at 12:22 all of the lights were off and the doors were locked. I tried calling and I got no response. There were no signs saying they would close early. And even if the store is closed they should shut off their online order.

Called over the phone to place a take out order, because their website was down. Ordered six boneless honey bbq and six boneless garlic parm. Showed up early to pay for my meal and wait patiently until it was ready. Had to ask the attendant twice if my order was ready because it had been longer than the 20 minutes they said it would take. The second time they brought it out, but not because it was done, only because I asked again. They couldn’t even bring it out right when it was finished. To top it off, they gave me bone in honey bbq instead of boneless. I’ll be back next week for bogo boneless.

The fries were cold and stale burger was greasy and tasted old. my friend asked for the beer battered onion rings instead of fries and they brought fries and walked away right away we tried to get our waitress attention with no luck so flagged down another waitress to get his onion rings.15 min later they brought them out... we were not given silverware or napkins...but the worst was them dragging floor mats past our table while we ate.i understand they were going to close soon, but i will never return to this location nor will i recommend
