“This one is a regular really busy McDonald's. I've been here many times over the years and it's always been a reliable place. Sometimes you have to wait. I've always gotten exactly what I wanted and I can say that the burgers have always been hot, sometimes really hot like just off the grill. This is the reason I keep going and will keep going in the future. It's not fancy - it's just a straight up McDonald's that's never made a mistake with me.“
“For context, my friend Liam is a man who loves his ketchup. He never gets enough when we go out to eat, despite him asking for "as much ketchup as you are allowed to give me."We ordered at the drive thru, and when Liam asked for "as much ketchup as you are allowed to give me," the nice gentleman told us about HOW MUCH ketchup he had on hand, about 2,100 packets, and offered to give us "two manly handfuls."He went above and beyond expectations.We left with a separate bag for the gargantuan amount of ketchup packets.10/10, highly recommend. “There is a young lady with red braids that served me around 11 today and she was veing verbally assaulted by several 30+ year old children.Not only did she maintain her composure and remained professional but she was still courteous to the inconsiderate customers. This young lady needs to be offered a manager positon and a raise now!!!! And more people need to be on this shift its extremely unfair that her and one or 2 other people are left to run it alone and she was the only one running drive thru and front registers. Absolutely amazing service from her. Im thoroughly impressed at how maturely she handled that situation“

“Burgers are hand patted and juicy. The chips and fries are still whole, fresh potatoes when you place your order, then are cut and fried right then and there...couldn't be fresher! Beer is cold and staff are super friendly. It's cool that you can write on the JL Beers postcards and staff will mail them out for you! Love it here, no doubt!“

“I’m so excited the VI of Moorhead has reopened !! We had good food with some to take home carry out and left room for pie! John had lemon supreme and stopped short of licking his plate. I had the country apple warmed up with a scoop of ice cream. Excellent! Annika was a wonderful server. We’ll be back!!!“
