Very delicious! Customer service was outstanding my 4-year-old asked for french fries and they made that for him.

The food was pretty good! Service...its a buffet, we served our self, the cashier was streight faced... no smiles among staff. The atmosphere was quiet. Outdated & drab.

We hadn't visited China Buffet in a very long time, so we were pleasantly surprised at the updated interior and improved options. We'll be back!Kid-friendliness: Lots of families there enjoying the options, one little girl had a large plate of cantaloupe, she was very happy!

We called in an order for pick up for 4 people, asked about the menu and the best way to order...the restaurant employee said they had given us the best options for our order. When picking the order up, the bill was $85. We asked if that was correct and they said yes. When we got home and went online to the menu, there are combo options that were not offered and more cost effective ways to place the order. The food was marginal at best. I will not be giving another dollar to this establishment. For that price, I could have fed my family 3 different meals at Panda Express with far better food. Never again.

I've always come here since I was in school but it's changed that I know of, but yesterday was not it. I ordered the usual which was cream cheese wontons, plain lo mein noodles, sweet and sour chicken and one of there combination plates plus some white rice...out of all of that the only thing that was good was the white rice and obviously the little cookie fortunes...The sweet and sour chicken was hard and a bit cold, the noodles were so greasy I couldn't even eat any of what I served onto my plate, I didn't eat the combination plate my dad did and the cream cheese wontons just tasted a bit weird that after you ate one, you didn't want to eat another one. This isn't the first time, sadly, but I wanted to give them another chance, but sadly it happened again...

It is absolutely my favorite Chinese food in the Fargo/Moorhead area. Underrated for sure.My favorite dish is their Peanut Chicken, sounds weird, but so soooo very good. Keeps me coming back at least once a month.I usually do the buffet and depending on the time, it's really great. The best time to go is Saturday or Sunday shortly after they open. Hot fresh food and not a lot of people.

The only place we order from and usually go for their food. It’s always fresh when we go or when things are delivered.

With the price of the buffet now rising, ORDER TAKEOUT! The price is still reasonable (under $50 if you use Doordash coupons), the food is fresh, and you will have more than enough leftovers to last a couple days.

Haven't been here in a while and I won't be back. Food was luke warm and many things missing on buffet, including rice. For $18 per person this was terrible.

It used to be better. It's gotten overpriced, in my opinion, for the quality of food that you get. Almost 20 bucks for an adult Buffet is kind of ridiculous anymore.

$19.50 for a buffet. Umm that's higher than anywhere in town.. 10 years ago the food quality was worth that price.I think this place got bought out and the new owners got the recipes. But they can't make the food like the previous.Lots of corners cut on quality resulting in very weird food. The sweet and sour chicken was made with precooked leftover chicken from who knows what. But it was so dry, that the breading stripped right off the meat. The meat was hard and dry as jerky. This was seconds after being brought out from the kitchen. Most of the food was either lukewarm or downright cold!I didn't even fill my stomach in fear that I'd get sick. Thankfully I didn't get sick. The bananas in the dessert section even tasted funky. Some of my old favorite things from their buffet were turned into bad imitations of the original. It's so sad. I guess it never recovered after the pandemic.
