i tried to order over an hour before they closed and then my whole order got canceled and the phones didn’t work. when i called it said they’re phones are down. i tried ordering at 10:30.

Every time I have had a delivery from here there has been a problem. 30 minutes late, 90 minutes EARLY, and the last time they were 40 minutes late before my order was "delivered" with no actual delivery showing up. Called to get a status update on my order after the tracker status changed to delivered and the manager actually said "If the driver comes back with the food we'll send it back out" LOLOLOLOLOLOL. No apology, no offer to make it right, just had to cancel the order entirely or wait for the whole process all over again. I won't be giving them another chance.

The employees here like to spit on their customers after not delivering their orders and not giving the proper information for the customer to file a complaint, and then they call the police on the customer and lie to them about it. Who knows that they actually do to the food here. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

Ordered pizza at 12:30, is now 1:30 am and it says delivered but we never received the pie and my card was charged.Update: they delivered our pizza this morning and was super nice and cordial. Will continue to eat here.
I have been to this location many times. It's located right by my place. They never have enough staff. I always end up waiting forever in the car with my 2 kids. They look so stressed and I never say anything because I feel bad.

Worst service ever. I placed a delivery order, they called me and told me the driver wasn’t available and gave me the option to do carry-out or cancel the order. I said carry out was fine, and they told me to come in fifteen minutes. I showed up 10 minutes after the phone call and THEY CLOSED. the manager should have just told me they needed to cancel the order instead of making me drive all the way there for no damn reason. Super upset by this experience. Would not recommend this location at all.

I’ve been a regular customer of this south moorhead Dominoes location for a few years now. Always had a good experience except for tonight. I live in an apartment building & ALWAYS put a note on my order to “please call when you arrive & i will come to the door as my buzzer does not work.” (I also prepay for the pizza & include a tip.) My delivery driver tonight was Brandon & he called me when he arrived and said “uhh this is Dominos & we don’t come into apartment buildings so if you could meet me at the door.” So I came down to the door & he said that the drivers dont enter apartments for their own safety (which is fine) but didnt need to be rudely said to me over the phone when i put a note on my order that said Id come down & meet you at the door since my buzzer does not work. I never expected him to come into my apartment building?? Not impressed with Brandon. He was impolite. I wont be ordering from Dominos again. Wow

Short staffed... which we all understand, but they have poor communication, rude staff and management. Placed online order and was immediately call and yelled at by them for ordering too much. (3 pizzas (1-2 topping), brownie, garlic knots and some wings. This was for my son's birthday and we were happy to come by and pick it up ( delivery driver)..but they scolded us on the phone for placing such a large order and hung up on us when we questioned if they were looking at the right order when he said we placed a 7 pizza order. Called a couple days later to talk with the manager and she was cold as ice and said there is nothing she can do at this point and her employee did nothing wrong. Customer service skills are dead here!
