Put in an online order and came to pick it up 15 minutes later. Multiple people walked in and placed their orders and received them before me. Once I finally asked if my order was in the worker told me they still hadn’t worked on it.Not very cool.

Over the years I have lost my faith in Jimmy John's; but moving to Moorhead and visiting this restaurant four or five times; I got it back again! The service is not always amazing, but it is accurate and freaky fast! Be proud of yourselves Moorhead; you are rocking it!!!

I ordered the country club unwhich. The lettuce wrap was not wrapped at all they put way extra lettuce in it that is why it was not wrapped up. I also asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes on it hardly any mayo on it. This is the first time I've had a problem with this store. The employee sent out a new unwhich so hopefully this one will be better since I could not even eat the first one in went into the garbage because all it was is a paper wrap full of loose lettuce. I got my 2nd wrap and it's just as bad. I unwrapped the first paper and a whole bunch of lettuce fell out so once again the employee put way to much extra lettuce so the wrap would not completely wrap the way its supposed to.I will not order from this store again. I flat out told the manager on the phone there is no need for this much extra lettuce in a lettuce wrap. I will be contacting cooperate due to the employees and management don't listen. The delivery person did not even hand me my 2nd order he just left it at the entrance door and left.

I have been here on multiple occasions and have not had any issues. Cashiers have been kind and are quick with our orders whether drive-through or dine-in.
I ordered the country club unwhich from the moorhead store. I called and spoke to the manager the first time he sent out a new one. The delivery guy did not hand me the 2nd order he just left it at the entry door and left. I opened the 2nd one same thing awhole bunch of lettuce fell out. I called made a complaint with the manager he did not listen at all he kept interrupting me and kept telling me they made it right did not listen to my complaint. flat out told him I'm contacting cooperate. I hope someone from cooperate goes to this store and shows them how to do the job right.

Great experience as always. I ordered five box lunches. All were made exactly to order. Order was prepared and ready for pickup at the time I requested. The food was fantastic!! I just love the Vito and nothing beats the oatmeal raisin cookie. I would highly recommend for catering or box lunches when having a work event!!
