So tonight April 11 2024 we ordered KFC 8 piece meal with a colealaw and potatoes and gravy. On the side ordered an extra container of gravy and another coleslaw.Instead I got mashed potatoes with no gravy no extra gravy on the side. Basically means no one will want to eat the biscuits most likely no one will really want potatoes so there goes half the meal.At least the potatoes seemed fairly decent not super watered-down milk down whatever. But I order KFC at least partially for the gravy. And I even paid extra to have an extra one on the side so that we'd have it for the biscuits. Seriously.I ordered from grub hub the delivery service was terrific. They were quick and friendly. The chicken and coleslaw was wonderful as always. Unfortunatly the mashed potatoes were awful. They tasted like instant potatoes that had way way to much milk then put back on the stove and tried to cook it off. They were nasty and it sucks cuz usually one of My favorites. Since I only do KFC once in a great while it made it even worse cuz it will be the only time I have it for quite a bitt.

This place should be condemned. The last time I dared to eat there it wasn’t plesent. The food was cold, the service was terible, and it was disgusting all the way around.I was with a friend and the person taking drive through orders practically threw our food through the car window at us.

Very good, tried the new Chizza, Blackberry Pepsi. The drink was phenomenal it was so good. Didn't know what to expect, but the Chizza was good, too. Basically, it's a pizza with the crust being chicken.

Service can be hit and miss as far as to how you are treated. There is one store in Moorhead, MN, where, once you get to the window, they take your card, slam the window shut, give your card back and then give you the food without as much as a hello or thank you. So rude. As far as the food goes, the potato bowl is my food of choice there but my whole family loves everything there.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ..Just stood inside the lobby for five minutes. Nobody greeted me the manager was watching football on his phone. One employee walked by me, didn’t say anything and went to the back. Eventualy i just left.. wont be coming back to this dump again. Excited to watch this store close like all the taco johns.. poor managment and employees..

KFC in general is going down hill. I’m the only car in the drive thru during the lunch rush and the person asks me to wait. So I wait about five minutes before having to ask her if I can order. Their lobby is closed and I’m the only car in the drive thru. How she can’t handle a rush of one person is mind boggling. There is ZERO chance this KFC and the rest are going to survive. If I could short sell this stock I would for some easy money. The chicken is still very good but getting over priced, and the sides are horrible. They taste like they been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Mac and cheese was mushy, mash potatoes and gravy never taste right. Even the Mt Dew taste off. It was nice knowing you KFC. Good luck in your future endeavors.

July 11, stopped for lunch. Long line and only one employee behind the counter who was working at the speed of a slow snail.. The men's restroom was filthy dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned for many days. There was food spilled on the buffet line that no one was cleaning up. We left before ordering and won't be back.
