Not my best experience.We ordered throght the mobile app 2 big macs one quarter pounder M fries and a m coke, I sat down and waited for 7 minutes to realize nobody had called out the name for my order, as I ate I noticed a long string in my Big Mac I pulled it and turned out to be a long brown piece of hair. The fries were soggy and quite cold.

My experience with this specific location had nothing to do with the atmosphere or the service just the fact the food wasn't great. We ordered a caramel iced coffee and all I tasted was coffee with creamer.

they sweet lady that delivered my food was very kind and even helped clear my table and fill my drink i don’t get this kind of service even at a sit down restaurant. i really appreciate the kindness.

My husband and I caved and had McDonald's after many years of not. We were delightfully surprised that the ice cream machine was working for once as our primary reason for the visit was a shamrock shake. The employees and the service was wonderful.My complaint is the new layout of this McDonald's and fast food places in general. Inside the lobby, accessible to customers only is self service kiosks, the bathroom, and seating locations. You are not able to fill your own drinks, grab sauces, nor utensils/salt/etc. You now have to ask for EVERYTHING. I'm not sure if this is for theft reasons or corporate greed, but I hate this change.Also, it was $34 for our order for 2. My chicken sandwich also tasted like chemical infused frying oil. I think I'll stay away another few years until I crave French fries.

They were very busy, and understaffed I believe. So the orders were coming slow.
We ate there today and it sucked. There was a little kid working there which shouldn’t even work there. He brought out our food and got our drinks, he set down the tray with our drinks and kept moving it towards us which made him knock a box with a burger in it onto my fathers lap and the kid didn’t even acknowledge that happened even after my father said “you just made me spill my burger” overall it was a really bad experience. Never again.

I swear the people who make the burgers are having a competition to see how badly they can mess up a burger and get away with it. At this point the absolute only reason I order here is because it’s the closest to my house and the deals but over half the time they either forget something on my order or they don’t even read what I want taken off. It seems like they also don’t know how to put cheese on a burger after the amount of times I got my order and the cheese was over halfway off the burger itself and I wish I was exaggerating. If I can have any constructive criticism for this building in particular, have a meeting with your staff and tell them to actually pay attention to their orders and how they make them because I’m tired of being upset every time I have to go up to the counter to get my food made correctly when I just want to get on with my day.
