Made me pull up and wait in the drive thru to wait for my food saying sorry for the wait. Just got home with the food and they only gave me half my order. What a waste of time and money.

I don't much care for McDonald's anymore, but my partner does. Though I think even she is getting tired of them. The cost of the food has gotten too high and the quality of the food has dropped, especially the fries. You can ask for fresh fries but half the time they are just "warm" and not fresh at all. The service seems good enough but I knocked off a star for the fry issue because that is rather irritating.

I went here the other day. I was severely dehydrated. My son had just passed and it was my first time leaving my house since hearing the news. I needed a quick drink. I waited in a super long line. I ordered a sprite. I pulled ahead to the window to pay. The Hispanic lady that had red flowers in her hair rudely asked "what do you want?" I stated that I had just ordered a sprite. She said she didn't hear me so she didn't put in my order and that I had to go through that line all over again. I calmly explained my son had just passed and I just wanted a drink and she Sharply snapped that it was not her problem and that if I didn't leave the line she was going to call the police. I pleaded with her and she kept yelling that she was calling the police. Defeated, I went home to prevent further conflict. Some more compassion please. Thank you.
Price is getting pretty high, can go to sit down diners for cheaper.

The manager that works evening/closing is extremely rude I ordered a strawberry milk and the lid wasn’t on right so I ended spilling the drink which I felt terribly bad but, it wasn’t my felt that they were rushing they could’ve warn me, I thought I would get a drink for free but she told she will not be giving another drink because it was my felt i spilled the drink, I was disappointed she even wasn’t even sorry I got that sweet drink on myself, anyway I would not be going here and some of the works were also extremely rude to me after that accident happen they laugh and said there’s no way she was expecting a free drink after she did that!
