It's extremely dirty! Floors look like there hadn't been vacuumed since it opened. It was 630 on a Friday night. Place was packed and waitresses had no organization or checked back with the tables as they were trying to keep up. Only good experience was the pizza.

Didn't have great service from our waitress and a robot brought out the food! Food was decent. The pizza was a bit floppy. The restaurant seems to be combined with the Duane's pizza.

Wanted a Diane's pizza and ended up here. Nice place, friendly staff, very clean. Not sure I liked the robot delivery, especially when it lined up directly behind our chair. But overall, I'd be back.

I came here looking for Duane's House of Pizza! I was visiting the area and had to have it. I lived in both Fargo and Moorhead almost 20 years ago, and Duane's was my absolute favorite pizza! There is something fantastic about their crust and sauce! It is sooo good! If you live in the Fargo/Moorhead area and have never had this pizza, then you are missing out! Go try it, pronto, and you will see why it is easily one of the best pizzas ever made!Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian who eats dairy, then there are plenty of options! Maybe not the healthiest, good meat free options! I would highly recommend their pizza! Get it with olives and mushrooms, and it's fantastic!Parking: We easily found a spot right in front! The lot is a paved, private, free to customers lot.Wheelchair accessibility: All ground level and easily accessible from the parking lot!

What an amazing place! The staff is amazing, the atomosphere great, and they have a full Duane’s Pizza menu, yum!! Also they have fun events like music bingo, bar bingo, Trivia, Karaoke and Live music!

I've been there 6 times in the past two and a half months. I went for pizza after work and sat at the bar alone. I must be invisible even when I sit next to the bar station. I was the only customer on the whole side of the bar at 4:30 and wasn't acknowledged for 10 minutes as several bartenders and wait staff passed by me multiple times just a couple feet from me. The only help I've ever had from your staff was when a gentleman from the kitchen came out and asked if I'd been helped. I immediately ordered and waited 25 minutes for my pizza and was finally told they had accidentally given it to someone else but they'd discount it to make up for that. So, I wait 10 more minutes while watching someone else eat my pizza and tried to get the attention of any bartender (to no avail) to close out my tab for half a beer. I don't know if my pizza ever made it because I walked out.45 minutes in your establishment and all I got was ignored and a "sorry, we gave your food to someone else".I thought the first 3 times with poor service and trying to flag down a bartender (for 20 minutes one time) may have been a fluke, but you've proven multiple times that's how you do business. I would imagine it's quite easy for customers to order, eat and leave without paying when you don't pay attention to your patrons.

So, this is one that could have gone either way quick. On one hand, we entered a packed house at about 6:15pm and we're greeted by a warm atmosphere full of people dining. The customers were happy and you didn't get the local "bar" feel but the bar was 3/4 full "bellied up" but none of which was obnoxious or unruly, which was a good thing. Then after ordering, we were treated to a robot serving our "fist course." This was very unique and unusual to be sure but it was neat to see technology delivering our food, but then.... Our cheesy bread, which should have been the appetizer, was not with the robot, my sons main course was...which would have not been a big deal, until my food arrived 25 minutes later and he still hadn't seen his cheesy bread. The waitress (Amber) was amazing and was the saving Grace here to be sure. Not only did she realize it had been a long time; she fixed the problem without being asked! This in itself is a lost art as most wait for the complaint to fix things. The food was okay, and the highlight for me was the Philly. The pizza had decent crust, and the garlic bread was SUPER basic. It also was stained with black which typically comes from a cook with dirty gloves touching the top of the white cheese. This would have easily been a four star if the pizza was something to shout about, and if the waitress had "comped" the cheese bread as she said she did. Why would you comp a 4.38 purchase for 3.49??? I just don't understand!! Also not a fan of last names on checks; seems like your asking for trouble with that! We WILL be back!!
