Not sure what the fat black kid there is doing working in the customer service/food industry. Was very rude and disrespectful, spoke so softly that I could barely hear him and referred to me as “bro” multiple times. Hardly got my order correct and as I was watching other orders being prepared behind mine noticed that my burrito was about half of the size of theirs. Repeatedly was shaking his head at me as if I came to the wrong place to buy food. All together a bad experience and if half a star was an option I would have picked it because that would have been a compliment for the service I just paid for.

I had the most wonderful experience today with Tyler, the assistant manager at the South Moorhead Belsley boulevard store. I bought some queso and chips and took them to my car and spilled the queso all over the floor. I went back in and Tyler said oh what's wrong? I told him what happened. He said just a minute. I'm going to get rags and a pail and I'm coming out there to clean it up for you. He is such a kind, thoughtful, young man. Thank you very much. Tyler. I appreciate what you did for me. I told my daughters and they were also very impressed with your good service. Also, it was my first experience visiting your restaurant and the queso dip and chips were wonderful. I will be back.

Filthy kitchen and I would never eat from this place. Would you?
I had a poor experience here a couple months ago but thought I would give it a second try and it was by far worse the second time around. The first worker I saw reached into his nose and picked snot out TWICE before preparing my burrito. After picking his nose, he did not wash his hands and I was about to say something, but he put gloves on. Every food item looked like it had been sitting there for ages - just like the last time I went. I cannot describe how slow every worker in there was moving despite there being a long line behind us. On top of the very poor/unclean service and the food that was not fresh, the whole restaurant was cold (it was last time too even though it was during the summer months). I kept my jacket on while we ate. There were crumbs on all the tables and it was just all a waste of money. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Place was pretty gross. All the tables and chairs were dirty. Trash and food on the floors. The warming table had food slopped and dried all over it it was well after any lunch rush. Honestly the more I looked the whole place was gross. Thankfully I didn't have a chance to really look around before I ordered cuz I would have just left. The gentleman that served us must have needed to conserve all his energy cuz even speaking seemed to take too much effort. Whispering was the most energy he could muster.

First time at this location, normally I go to the Apple Valley location. This location was alright, atmosphere was everything you’d expect from a Pancheros but the service was slow. They seemed confused and like they didn’t really care to be there. Took about 8-10 minutes to get my burrito after watching them start.The food wasn’t as good as at the location I’m used to. Tortilla was made too thin. Everything was mashed instead of stirred so it was just a mush of everything and the hot sauce was all on one side (not from being carried vertically because it was actually on the top half). Not great but not horrible either.

The place is hit and miss... some days they have a good lunch crew. Then some days you wonder how they figured out how to punch in. That crew drains no liquid from beans or anything and your burrito is mush. The other group is good... see 3 girls making them gwt a bowl or turn around.
