Waited 5+ minutes at the counter to pick up my food which was ready. Seeing an employee texting on her phone and then making people's food without cleaning hands was a giant turnoff.

Just got my pizza and brownies. For the second time it was left outside the front door of my apartment building even though delivery directions state side door down stairs and I even leave the security door open. Crust on the pizza is dry and hard. I used to like this place.

Got text saying carryout order was ready but not ready 15 minutes after getting there. Paid for extra garlic sauce which I didn't get. Also ordered Papa Bites in Twix. All employee said was they don't do those anymore. Why was it on the website? Bad experience, overdone pizza and bad service.

Idk who the female is that's working there but they need to let her go. She's rude, mean and unprofessional. They messed up our order, remade a pizza but gave us 2 of the same pizza's and forgot our bread sticks. You try to call back and they don't answer. Our other food sat in the heat war for over 30 minutes with us there to pick up and they still forgot part of our order. We tried calling but when we were there they ignored the phone completely. We actually don't even want to talk to her bc of how she acts.

Ordered delivery an hour before close. An hour passes and I get a call from papa John’s saying that someone came in and took my pizza. Weird mishap but they wouldn’t even refund my money or anything because they said that they were closing.

We have ordered from PJ for many years. Our issues with the Moorhead location seem to get worse everytime we order. The last issue was with an oline order. I was charged for the food and receiver confirmation it would be delivered in about an hour. After waiting over 1.5 hours, I called in asking where my delivery was at. After calling a couple of times, they finally answered and told me they don't have a way to get me my pizza as they don't have any delivery people working. Why wasn't I called earlier to find this out? I was told over the phone if I want my pizza, I have to come and get it myself. Stupidly, I did that since my kids were hungry AND it was past dinner time. I paid full price for cold food and the breadsticks had a weird flavoring on them. Then to top it off, when I pulled up to pick up the order, a delivery guy was standing by his car smoking. We will not order from this location ever again. Customer service has died here and the food is terrible cold.

Papa Johns Pizza is a joke! I ordered online and was waiting patiently for my order. After 2 hours I called the Papa Johns and there was no answer. Now I'm worried because my credit card was charged. After calling again and again, I drive halfway across town. I arrived at Papa Johns and saw that they're in fact open! I go in and talk to the lady at the register. After several minutes she states that she can't find my order. Another man shows up at the register and still no luck finding my order. I express to them that my card was charged. They just shrugged their shoulders. Then the lady at the register asked me for my phone number. After entering my ten digits, she found my order. Great! I thought. Now I can get my food. But no!!!! I was informed that my order was cancelled because they don't sell Taco Pizza. I was dumbfounded since I just ordered a Taco Pizza on their website. I pull up their website and show it to the lady. All she does is shrug her shoulders. I'm livid at this point. Questions arise. First...if the order was cancelled, why wasn't my card showing this? Second...if the order was cancelled, why didn't someone from Papa Johns communicate this to me? Was I just supposed to sit there and say oh well I guess $92.46 isn't that big of a deal and forget about the order? Papa Johns, you need to sync the information from your website and your stores. And you need to train your employees not to shrug their shoulders when asked a question about your business. Shame on you Papa Johns!

3rd time even called and told them still wrong. Sick of this. Shackaroni even told them to add it plain sauage. Very rude saying I didn't have any extra saying why I called again. I'm done with papa.....

We ordered extra sauces for delivery but they forgot them upon arrival and we didnt know until the delivery girl jad just left. I tried to run out to catch her but she drove off before i could make contact. I called the management to figure something out. They had me on hold for 10 minutes and then told me that they were sorry and they would send someone back to bring the sauces, so we waited on them but they never showed up. They never reimbursed us, they just took our money and never provided what we paid for. Papa johns was always my go to BECAUSE of their sauces so I was really disappointed with their service and lying to us instead of even just reimbursing us for the sauces if they didn't want to come back. I wont trust them to deliver again if they can't deliver the entire order.
