I really like ordering from this Pizza Hut here in Moorhead Minnesota. Every time I order, the service is very good. Last night my Grandma and I ordered from here, but didn't receive our 2 liter of Root Beer. We called about it, and received credit. However, I feel bad for the employees who had to hear grandma basically yelling at them about it. Other than that, the food and the service are great. Definitely my go to when wanting pizza and wings.

took over an hour to get 2 pizzas and breadsticks delivered and then they didn't even deliver it. they use 3rd party delivery instead of doing it themselves. the pizzas weren't even fully cooked when I received them. I had to finish baking them in the oven because the crust was still doughy.

Literally THE WORST Pizza Hut location I have EVER ordered from.2 hour wait for the wrong pizza delivered.Then absolutely no way to contact store direct, only the call center which is zero help.

I order here quite frequently especially after not ordering Dominoes anymore because the local business doesnt do well. I feel this Pizza hut could be going in a downhill direction as well.We ordered food last week and we got two medium pizzas that ended up only being 10inches round (small size) they said the pizza shrinks but not a whole size smaller, never had that happen. Also our personal pizza was not cooked all the way and the sauces was WAY too much and uneatable. They promised a $30 credit for next time.So we ordered tonight and it was maybe ablround 45 bucks as we reordered the same thing with a few new items. This time the personal was perfect, but they sent our medium pizzas in their big box. While it should still be medium pizzas we just dont like the square pizza pizza where you end up with way more crust then pizza. Also the melt i ordered was the completely wrong one. Even after talking to the guy and talking about how good the one i ordered was and also his favorite, we get the wrong one.While the food is cooked and good to eat, you gotta get the orders right. Did not like the wrong melt they sent and while it was free from the credit from last time, it just ruins the evening.Will update after next order.

They for got my pizza and this is what they gave me half the size and not even cut. Then the driver yells at my son great place to order from
Put in for a pan pizza. Got a standard crust with slightly undercooked dough. Store was a mess, soda cooler was open. I was served promptly. Place needs work though.

I would give a 0 star if I could for service considering I went in got the pizzas and when I gave my roommate their pizza she has an item on it that she couldn't eat and when I called to get the order fixed or a refund the woman on the phone with attitude said "well why didn't you check the pizza before you left?" She also said to me that I can't get another pizza or get my money back when I paid cash for my order it would have to be credit when I have no idea how that would work. So never go here especially when something like the superbowl is going on.

Ordered from the Moorhead store and received the pizza in a timely fashion however it was cold, the bread sticks had no seasoning on them! I tried calling the store several times and no one picked up.... No pleased for spending $50 on cold unfinished pizza order.
Pizza Hut has always been my favorite and we order it every week. It's pretty much a tradition for us. The Pizza is hot and delicious and we can each get our own favorite because it's a great value for the price.
Friendly staff any issues with an order and they make sure it's taken care

Ordered through the app for delivery ? and entered the correct information ℹ️ however didn't mention her name tells me they entered the incorrect number! They have Door Dash delivering our families food. I asked "So do you know when it will be here?" "Can you correct my phone number? " The woman says no, no and no apology or anything! ?? Very rude!

I have been calling this place and kept getting the call center over and over. I did an order online for delivery and they sent me my food. My cinnamon rolls were so over cooked and burnt and I couldn’t bite them. Nobody would answer the phone and it would go straight to call center it’s irritating tbh. I attached a photo, I usually order through DoorDash with issues like this next time I will.
