Churro is disgusting. Churro leaves an aftertaste of bitter soap. Very little sugar and cinnamon stuck on to the barely crispy churro. The churro was badly chewy on the inside (like shoe leather) The churro is NOT like a good crispy chewy churro.

Can't recommend. It's a bunch of kids working and if you don't tip, they need with ur food.All my meat is frozen still.Adding the tip feature gave these already entitled kids an excuse to work worse.

I ordered here online like 40 minutes ago. They didnt have the specific chips i asked for so they just didnt give me chips with my order but i was charged for them like why not eithet refund me or ask me if i want different chips ? I had my boyfriends dad go get different chips after already coming to pick up the order. I had also asked for extra Chipotle on my sandwich and hardly got any at all ? I wish i just wouldnt have freaking tipped them. Pay attention to your orders more closely.

Says open by 8am Mon-Fri. They are not. I've seen multiple people try to get in by 8 am and it's been locked. Someone is there but won't open. If you can't open by 8 you should change the operation hours. Or management needs to pay better attention if it isn't management who is dropping the ball on standard practices.
The girl doing the veggies and sauce need to stop acting like she has to buy them. 6 olives and 4 banana peppers on a foot long, not to mention the lack of lettuce and one small line of Mao. Very disappointing , definitely won't be returning...

They gave me the wrong sandwhich. I tried calling them multiple times and they don’t answer. Yes the staff was friendly but giving me the wrong order and not answering the phone so I could get this resolved is absolutely uncalled for.

Not a bad place. The staff is friendly and quick. Would recommend seeing more hand washing before sub making in between customers when short staffed, some didn't even switch gloves out.
