I ordered Italian herbs and cheese on my sub and my girlfriend ordered Italian artisan bread. We got our sandwiches and the right fillings were in the bread but the bread was switched around. I got the Italian artisan and my.girlfriend got the Italian herbs and cheese.

I did an online order. I chose a fountain Diet Coke to drink. I get there and their Diet Coke is out of order. So I was going to get a different Diet soda and there wasn’t any. I noticed they had bottles of Diet Coke so I said, since you are out of Diet Coke can I have a bottle? I was told ‘Nope because it costs extra’. I said well when I ordered it online it said the fountain Diet Coke was available. I would have ordered a bottle if the fountain soda had said unavailable. I was told ‘We can’t update the online ordering system’. I would have paid the difference to get the bottle too but I was told ‘we can’t go back in and change the order. Sorry, you can only have fountain soda.’ I set my glass back down on their counter and walked out. Ridiculous service. If a person has diabetes and needs a diet soda therefore that is what they order, don’t expect to get it. If they are out, tough luck to you. You just paid for something you will not get. Even if you are willing to pay the difference to get the bottle instead. Terrible!

Absolutely love this location, it’s small but friendly, clean, quick, and very well organized. I got my classic chicken bacon ranch and while there were a sudden flurry of customers they handled it perfectly. Got my food within 2 minutes! Super quick, super tasty and lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Waited in the drive thru for 5+ minutes for the intercom to tell us "visit during normal business hours". No response and still 10 minutes till close. Could've at least told us instead of ignoring us.

Consistently the worst Subway in the area. Customer service is abysmal. Can hear them complain about being understaffed while there is 4 total and you can see 3 doing jack diddly. Train better, expect better, be better. The owners and staff should either start giving a damn or close it. Highly recommend you do not go

We always come eat here never had a problem but today the way our sandwiches were made it was not professional bread was coming apart on one of our sandwiches so I ask who ever was on the shift to please exchange it to a soup she look at ame like why!!! But snatch the sandwiches from my hand and told the other customer ( just give it to her) with a nasty attitude.. I would like someone to reach out about this there was no need for her to snatch the sandwich of my hand.. so unprofessional..

SLOW!!!! SLOW!!! SLOW!!!Which I don't get cause they had 3 people working and no customers inside and on top of it they couldn't even get my husband's order correct... Is this the subway where they put all of the idiots?
I was in tonight and it was a little busy for only having to young kids working. By the time they made it back to me to finish putting the roping on my sun there were flys all over it. I politely asked if they could remake it which the didn’t hesitate to do. I also asked them to change their gloves since they were just on the register and handling money with their gloves on. Again they did not hesitate to do so. I think there could be more training done with the kids working. Not mad, just think that there could be more training in place.

Rarely open by the time they say they will be(8am). Service is good when they are there. But it's proven to be a waste of my time to stop there. I usually try 10 or so minutes after they are suppose to open. I will be no longer making any attempts to return.
