Literally the dirtiest place I’ve been in years. Several employees came out of the bathroom, in which the soap didn’t work. Both bathrooms had broken soap dispensers, and there was visible pee on both bathroom floors. I didn’t get what I ordered. The lobby was literally caked in dirt. Very nice employees, though.

Walked in and the floor hadn't been mopped for who knows how long. The wet stuff was over days ago. I proceeded to rest room and was relieved to be a man and not have to touch a thing. Should have left after a pee but thought I'd stick with it. It was then I encountered for the first time fully remote ordering. The screen was less than user friendly so I went across the street to McDonald's. It is here, very clean and with a functioning order system that I write this. Wont be back to taco bell again. Too many little guys giving good stuff when I want the spice.

Food came quick but the drink was watered down to the point im fairly sure they whispered the word "root beer" over it and called it so and the quesadilla had a big soggy spot down the side of it. Overloaded it too so as soon as it opened tomatos went all over, fairly sure there was more ingredients in the wrapper than the quesadilla itself ?As far as taco bells go this one is kinda mid, the taco bell on 13th is much better and pretty consistant.Food still tasted fine though.

Numerous times I have been there and they are not open when they should be. Just got home and saw I only had half of my order, went back to get the other half, they were good about it. Asked for the sauce they missed and got a handful of sauce but three were already used, not just empty, the corner was ripped off and the sauce was obviously used by someone and the empty packet put back into the unused ones.
They got the order way wrong so me and my family were coming to get some taco bell and they messed it up and gave us 4 soft shell tacos instead of what we ordered 3 months later we gave taco bell another chance and we got 5 cheese rollups, and you know what they did they didn't even cook any of them if you want taco bell don't come here.

I came to this location at 12 o’clock pm, I proceeded to get out of my car and almost face planted on the ground and hit my stomach. It’s been raining and freezing at the same time so obviously it’s VERY ICY OUT SIDE. I slipped on the ice and had to catch my self with my car and hurt myself in the process of it all and I am 28 WEEKS PREGNANT. I’m not trying to be a rude person but there should have been SALT placed out side. That’s a must. Thankfully, my baby is okay im for the most part okay. Just honestly very sore. This is unacceptable.

Always short staffed, lobby is typically closed with no sign. Lettuce was frozen on one occasion. Very little meat in the tacos and just a sprinkle of cheese on every occasion. The owner of this place needs to get it figured out.

I ordered my food 20 mins ago and still haven't been served. 4 others came in after me and all got their food first. This place was just remodeled and while they were at it they should have gotten some better staff. I said something to one of the kids working there and all they did was laugh when I said how slow they were. *update* The food is damn cold. Completely unsatisfied. I don't understand how they can have this new building, lobby, appliances, etc and still be so horrible.
