Been a few months since I have ordered here, pretty standard Subway except they NEVER participate in BOGO promotions. Will just wait until I'm near Pine City, both the ones there do. Too little for my money otherwise.

I love subway so much! The food is so good! They barely ever mess up. My sisters worked there and theh loved itt!! The mood in there is joyful, jumpy, and happy. Service is great, they help you with anything you need! It feels like a station while your sitting in there. Love the colors and booths. I highly recommend this subway!

First person helping us was nice and efficiant she called for help because more people walked in and the second girl was rude to the first person and than threw a trey liner down the hall into the back was rude to the first person than started helping make sandwiches she was doing the toppings but was just throwing them on the sandwiches when i unwrapped sandwiches at home over half the toppings on every sandwich were not even on ghe sandwich but in the wrapper. You get paid to do a job and customer sevice is over 50% of that in the food industry. Not impressed with the atmospher or the service of the second employee.
All I can say is blah. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down.

Service was awful. They messed up an order I made to-go because they changed the honey mustard recipe to taste like buffalo sauce and when I came to ask if they can just remake the order they told me no when several other Subways I have been to were gladly able to remake the sub. The customer service is horrific and I honestly do not recommend you go to this shop. I would rather drive hours away to go to a better location with more friendly staff
