“I’ve been here a couple times and this is the best subway location I’ve ever been to. Mostly due to the fact that the man and woman who usually work during the day are absolutely a joy. They’re good at their jobs especially during the busy lunch rush and always super kind.“

“The service was great for the day. Doordash ruined the day in that they had several orders that slowed down the handling of in store customers. The two gentlemen who were working did an awesome job of staying positive and keeping in person customers happy. There were at least 10-12 inline on Saturday at noon. The service as I said was great the apps screwed them over.Sadly Doordash will ruin this last quiznos location“

“I managed a sandwich shop for 21 yrs so I have a tendency to be critical on other stores however this location never has let me down.I always get a very warm "Welcome in tonight, how are you? What can I get started for you? " all while a very friendly banter that never seems forced and communication between fellow employees with great team work.I believe the manager is a female and all of the employees seem to be young men and I praise the respect they give her.The store is also very organized and clean so with an all over opinion I would definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends.Thank you Waconia Team.Kid-friendliness: Team is always very friendly with great communication.“

“Jersey Mikes Chanhassen is on another level when compared to any other sandwich store. It feels like everyone working there is a part owner and they are all involved with every customer, look you in your eyes, smile, and have a quick conversation with you. The guy slicing the fresh deli meat was extremely kind.“

“Stopped in and inquired with Heather about making subs for the Minnetonka U19 girls hockey team's bus trip to Madison. She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“

“After living in St. Boni for five years, I finally stopped in. Subway is generally not my first choice for sandwiches, but my kids wanted it. It wasn't busy, and there was only one employee working. He was really friendly and did a great job making our sandwiches. He even made me aware of a promotion that made one of them free. He had an accent that I thought was from India or Pakistan. “This will probably sound ridiculous but. I’m pregnant and all I can eat are Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I’ve been to every location within 15 miles in the last month and this one is top notch. My sandwich this evening had the perfect amount of mayo and lettuce (not too much just to fill the sandwich and spread out nicely not in a clump in the middle). Sounds silly, it’s just a sandwich - I know. But this sandwich was exceptional!“

The person who rang up a second order kept their plastic gloves on when taking money so that's why an average rating on service. “Bunch of cool people here im a bit of a regular here. Sandwichs are always made the way you want they don't put the end cuts of tomatoes on like a lot of places. They won't put it on your Sandwich if they wouldn't eat it themselves.“
