We stopped in for lunch on the patio after visiting the Gale Woods Farm, and we are so glad we did! Our server, Jenn, was so sweet to us and our toddler. Incredibly attentive and kind! I ordered off of the breakfast menu and really enjoyed my eggs benny. My daughter's pepperoni flatbread looked absolutely DELICIOUS, so now I'm convinced we need to come back if we're in the area again to try the jalapeno popper flatbread. The owner or manager (an older gentleman) was the star of the show; he came out to the patio to greet all the puppies & kiddos and even brought out dog treats & cookies! This is one of the best "on a whim" restaurant stops we've had in a while!

I used to come here a lot and it’s great. However, this is the second time I have been stuck with the long brunette haired bartender with the red glasses (Kailin?) SHE IS HORRIBLE!! She purposely ignores certain people and you’ll be waiting more than 15 minutes with an empty glass guaranteed. I can’t believe they keep her around.

The stage was floor level which made it more like a house party atmosphere.Chris Kelly band did a great job playing a mix of originals and crowd favorites.

After so often hearing from friends about Surfside, & perusing their menu online, we finally gave Surfside a shot. What a wonderful experience. It was 5ish & the place was packed with Families & Baby Boomers, now we know why, the prices were more than fair, & the menu was extensive, so much so that choosing was an adventure. The Waitress was helpful & playful, which was great for unstressing us because our car broke upon entering the parking lot, & we were a little stressed...I , as a Vegetarian, chose the Beet Salad, & my Boo chose a Half Order of Ribs which came with Fries, a small loaf of Cornbread, & Coleslaw. If that's a half order, which was huge, I can't imagine how big the full order must be. The Ribs are made in a smoker out back, & my Boo said they're the best he's ever had & even comparing to Ribs he's had in both the West & South that are renowned for their Ribs. Here the best part: The Owner of Surfside likes to go table to table talking to his Patrons, insuring a positive experience is had by all. We had a conversation about how our Car broke entering the lot. Long story short, he overheard us calling an Uber, & offered us a ride home! We accepted a ride home from a friendly Proprietor who gives Customer Service a whole new spin. Needless to say, we have a new favorite Eatery

We have a large family and are very often at the Surfside. The waitstaff are always helpful and friendly, and the food is excellent.My big complaint, however, is the Margarita glasses. They look like oversized shot glasses. I would like my Margarita in a decent Margarita glass. Hopefully the owner will listen to this so I don't have to bring my own Margarita glass when we go to dine there.???????

we have a large family, various ages, and frequent surfside regularly. the waitstaff are friendly and helpful, food is always excellent. but....their margaritas are served in an oversized shot glass. i am hoping the owner will surprise me with a decent margarita glass. perhaps i could bmog (bring my own glass).
