Requested a berry drink without berries added. Received drink with berries in it. It even had no berries written on the cup. Very frustrated

Very slow service. I believe the person was new and trying to learn prices and how things were prepared. She did have on a name tag that said "assistant manager"All people on me to learn how the job goes and is performed, but I would think an assistant manager would know more about the company before they are by themselves. There were no face masks worn for people who made the food.
