My husband and I went to eat dinner at Turner Hall. We shared a sampler platter that had Rueben balls with thousand island dressing for dipping, two soft pretzel sticks with a thin cheese sauce, and square-shaped cheese curds with a tomato dipping sauce. We did like all the appetizers on the platter. Then my husband had a burger and fries, which he said were both very good. Spendy place but you'll find what you need. The Kids menu is under $10, though. I like the ambiance and the history of being one of the oldest still in business in MN. This time, we were seated by the fireplace, and it just added to the ambiance. Service is top-notch, but not snooty type service. Noticed if one waitstaff is busy, another will jump in to help.You can get steak, walleye, etc, or just chicken strips, wraps or salads.
