Me and my daughter went to the Burger King in Newport Mn.That will be the first and last time we will go there.They didn't take our order correctly.They gave us very bad service. They had an attitude. And were very rude.The doors were lock. People were stopping by and wanted to eat in but they couldn't.So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Waited thirty minutes for my order they got partial of my order wrong I ordered two large hash browns which they got right and ordered a double cursantwitch which they messed up on I asked them for no ham or bacon and they screwed up on that COMPLETELY I would give them no stars for EVERYTHING if I could I am NOT coming back here I am NOT a happy customer i've been going to this Burger King and they've been screwing up my order for the past 10 years they really need to change BIG TIME if anyone else reads this review I suggest NOT coming to this location go somewhere else and SPEND your money It's NOT worth it ..... I don't mean to sound like a total Karen but SOMETHING had to be done. ☹️

This place is never open and when they are they always have the lobby locked. I placed a mobile order at 7:45pm and was at the restaurant by 7:48pm and they were closed and said to get in touch with customer service if I want a refund. Lady had a bad attitude and the hours posted on the door and drive thru window said they don’t close until 10pm. I’m calling their District manager today and then calling corporate. We need better management and employees at this location. Not managers and employees that treat this Burger King like this is their family backyard bbq.

A great stay good food and the service was excellent. My children and I went to the SSP BK. The sign said the lobby was open, but the door was locked. Annoyed we went to the new port BK and it was a good decision. Their lobby was open and the staff and management team took care of our needs —we had a memorable Christmas Eve breakfast togetherThanks!Kid-friendliness: The team offer les my kids the crowns and gave us little Christmas Eve ice cream cups

This is a serious mess filthy doesn't do it justice Entry with overflowing food and other dirty debris flies everywhere Always slow front of house service with wait times unacceptable Twice was enough done here

I was very hungry today and thought I’d get a chicken sandwich on the way home. That was a mistake.The sandwich looked like it had been made, sat for an extended period of time, and then someone smashed it before giving it to me.The fries and the drink were fine. Honestly though, I’m just not a big fan of Burger King fries.I won’t be going to this location again.

This is the best Burger King I have been to. Although it's hidden, the service always gets me coming back. They always treat me above and beyond regular customer service. Kathia went above and beyond to give my kids free ice cream during this hot 90 degree day. To add on top of this, the food is always great! Even though I live closer to the Cottage Grove Burger King, I'd rather make the drive to the Newport Burger King for the Stellar service! Thanks again to the Newport Burger King team!

Been here multiple times before close and they are already closed before 10. If you're not going to follow the listed hours change them to fit the time you are actually open. Getting really annoyed getting told they are already closed at least 30 minutes before close.
