In response to Damian and the Dishonest owner about the lasagna, it is in fact microwaved EVERYTIME andThen its put through the pizza oven. More shocking is how they boil the meat in a pot of water for it which removes all the flavor. I'd know because I worked here for months. The soups are all bought pre made in bags, the meatballs are bought pre made and frozen, same with the ravioli, tortellini, and 95% of everything else coming out of the kitchen. Store bought freezer section food. Its embarrassing.

Had the Lasagna and it was shockingly bad. The center was ice cold and tasted old. Our server said she'd have the cooks throw it BACK in the microwave. I asked when it was made and after checking the date on the pan, it was from 5 days ago! Leftover microwave Lasagna for $20. Disgusting on so many levels.

I go here once a month for a lunch meeting in their little back room. It's perfect! They have a garage door that drops so we can have more quiet and privacy. There's a little bathroom right there. Service is attentive and respectful of our meeting!

Give Davie a big bonus! Great server (the reason I posted review!) and excellent representation for the restaurant. Such a lovely experience for my husband’s birthday dinner. Yummy cracker pizza with our choice:pepperoni and green chile!! New Mexico girl loved that!!! Chicken Tango panini delish!! Priced right with some to take home too. Get the MUD PIE.

Bottom line - spend your money at another restaurant.1. Atrocious service - unhappy bartenders. Probably because they’re understaffed and not adequately trained.2. Inconsistent food - one night you can have one of the best pizzas; following visit that same pizza is a total different consistency and flavor. Again, inadequate training.3. Expensive. A panino is $16-$19. It’s a wrap, folks.Theme - inconsistent and bad service. Their remedy is to offer you gift cards to come back for a 50/50 chance of good food.Owner needs to change this or sell the restaurant to someone else.

The business owner should be asking for help from Gordon Ramsay at Kitchen Nightmares. We each ordered a dinner salad, and a Panino Wrap. We are convinced the Paninis' were made hours and hours before they were served to us, after microwaving. My "Turkey Club" had one piece of of VERY dried up turkey on one side of the sandwich. None on the other. The bacon was actually black it was so overdone. But the worst evidence of microwaving was the cheese. It tends to give off a puddle of grease when microwaved -- and the sandwich was served to me sitting in a puddle of grease. My husband's sandwich was a "cheeseburger" Panini -- with very little ground beef inside. What was inside was dried up and nasty. Looked like someone had scraped the bottom of a pan to get the last overcooked bits. Even the salads, which are hard to mess up, were not very good. They were not chilled and were served, or rather crammed, into a silly sized bowl. There was absolutely no way to eat the salad without removing it from the silly little bowl and putting it on a plate (which we did). But the salad seemed "old" and unfresh. Not something you expect when ordering a fresh salad. The service, unfortunately, matched the food quality. Waitress seemed miffed about something the very first time she approached our table. The hostess at the front of the restaurant saw us standing, awaiting a table and instead of asking "table for two?" she looked at us and said "Can I help you with something?" It was a strange way to speak to us -- and should have clued us that customer service and we now know excellence out of the kitchen was unimportant to this restaurant. When we told the waitress (who never checked back with us after delivering the sandwiches) we were super disappointed with the food, she handled the situation poorly. Offered to remove them from our Bill, but only after saying "If you tip your waitress, I will clear these off your bill". What is that? We certainly know it wasn't the waitresses fault that the food was so low quality (old or microwaved or whatever) but she didn't provide much to us in the way of "service". Seemed upset when she approached our table and irritated when we didn't immediately know what we wanted from the menu. To be urged to tip her was very inappropriate. We would encourage the restaurant owner to check his operation -- and see the lousy food coming out of the kitchen, and the surly and unfriendly staff. I'd be stunned if they don't go out of business soon, given the experience we had tonight.

Would offer a lower score if at all possible. This place has been trending down for years, with some of the worst service we have ever had. Takes 10 minutes to get noticed we are even there, another 10 to get a drink brought, never brought a check, had the bartender hanging with his buddies at the table next to us. Had to tab out at the bar. Food is and has been not the same since at all since we used to frequent here for years. Sad to see what this place has become. If you want to spend $30 a head, go elsewhere, save your money and lots of time.

I gave it 4 stars for the food and ZERO stars for trying to steal from me. They added a 4% charge at the bottom of my bill called a “SEES Fee”. It isn’t mentioned anywhere on the menu. It was simply an after-the-fact additional charge. This is dishonest, deceptive, and cheap. The manager removed it after I asked about it. Yes it is only $4 but it is the same as just taking it out of my hand. Don’t put up with that business practice.

This place has no control over food delivery. We used to get takeout and you'd end up sitting around a half hour past pickup time to get your order. Now, the same thing happens when you eat in. There's staff every where, but no food. If you've got all night to kill waiting, give em a shot.Edit: Went back tonight at their request below...ordered a meal to go. Spaghetti Pie. Got home, no sauce. What are you guys good at? I feel compelled to tell you being a neighborhood joint that takes advantage of people's 2nd chances loses momentum pretty fast. I'm done with you.
