absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with Dominos. I will be going with pizza hut next time. It's been over an hour and still have yet to receive my order. Now I gotta wait 2-5days for my refund. Trash service.

Customer service was horrible, when we received our food the wings had barely to no sauce, and wouldn’t sell a man an order that had been canceled when they had just freshly made the pizza and said they couldn’t sell it because of “health violations” but in reality they wanted to eat it.

I have patronized this location for many years. Service and quality has declined dramatically!On 3/5/24 I placed an online order for a Large Extravaganza Pizza at about 7:00 PM. When ordered the tracker estimated 25-35 minutes for delivery time. After about an hour, I called the store to check delivery status and was informed they were short staffed and they would be leaving with my order within 5 minutes. As I watched the tracker, my pizza was sitting on the warmer for 40 minutes already at that point. After another 20 minutes the tracker showed it was finally leaving the store for delivery. I continued to watch the tracker as I watch the driver go about 2 miles in the other direction making multiple other deliveries before mine. I again called the store and asked to talk to the manager. I was asked by the guy on the phone why I wanted ty talk to her. After explaining my concerns of how long my food has been "RESTING" he again told me not to worry they were just short staffed. I told him if I could not speak to his manager than I wanted to cancel my order. Then he eventually got the woman Manager on the phone. I voice my concerns to her about my food sitting there for an hour after it was already made and that I didn't think it would be a good quality pizza by the time it reached me. She ensured me that it would still be hot and fresh. I finally recieved my order 1 hour and 45 minutes after I placed the order and it was anything but hot and fresh. The pizza was ice cold, the top was riddled with standing grease, and the pizza had started to discolor. Not sure that I'll be returning to this location after so many years of great food and great service, That has all apparently disappeared.

Pizza was fantastic, we had the pan pizza pepperoni and mushrooms and Ham and pineapple, both were fantastic ?Parking: Lot is small but there is. Free street parking ,
How about eight boxes of pizza pasta dish and wings for a party and my whole family got sick with a stomach virus and the guste got sick too I called them to get a refund back nothing they can they would not do anything about it I won't be going back to this location anymore ?????

Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread-Robert did an excellent job! Mohamed our delivery driver was amazing- he was polite and delivered our food with a great smile and our food was hot despite the frigid temperatures!

Man If I were to judge this on a gaming scale It would have been game over. Staff always great the drivers are always good people just doing their job. Reason I give them extra tip because I have a problem with the stores not giving the tip that goes to the driver it goes to corp or to a franchise. I was told this by several different drivers who have worked for Dominos. The pizza well I could have bought a tombstone. For a lot less and save myself a delivery charge. Dominos Used to have a Free Delivery system which is why people went to it. Bread Bowls I would not recommend it just get the pasta in a box. Cause Pasta in that. It's up to you and how you like your food.For an order that was $46.00 It will be a long time before I order again. The $46.00 was prior to tip. $51.00 with tip. .96 did to go Saint Jude they have a great program to help those in need. So it was only $45.04 total. Also be on the watch for there points program there must be ultra fine print saying if you do not order or use the points they go bye bye. Treat your staff a bit better quit being so cheap and I can not help on the other stuff. John is a good store Mgr. Always keeps up a great store inside and out. People are always polite and its a safe spot to go no problems in the neighborhood.

Not rating the pizza but the quality of the store. Minimal issues with wrong orders or missed items. The online portal that shows wait times can be a little off though during peak times. Expext a little longer than what the wait time you're estimated
